it was pleasant and lovely stay at Estia. they are superb in hospitality, care, cleanliness, breakfast and even guiding you on sightseeing. we had also requested for early checkin and extra breakfast and Maria was super flexible and helped us with delicious breakfast when we reach early morning on check in day. Maria is amazing in hospitality and care. thanks Maria!
They care like a family and make sure you’ll feel comfortable and happy.
The another reason we choose this is their rooms design, they are giving proper greek culture feeling, very well designed and maintained. would definitely love to be there again and highly recommended!

Beautiful breakfast, good location - only a 10/15 minute walk into the buzz of Athens, quiet neighbourhood at night time, super helpful staff who arranged transfers and gave fantastic recommendations

The location of the apartments is excellent - just a short walk from the city center. The bed was extremely comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the room
and the property was cozy, yet luxurious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The only thing we did not like was the size of the bathroom - a little small for us.

This is a brand new, tastefully designed and decorated boutique hotel located in the picturesque, lively and somewhat funky neighbourhood of Keramikos, within easy/medium walking distance to most of central Athens' attractions. My room (403) was spacious, well appointed, with a very comfy bed and high-quality linen, excellent shower with good quality toiletries, a fully equipped kitchenette, a narrow but useful balcony and more. Service was outstanding throughout our visit. Breakfast is very good, with a large selection of sweet and savoury, cold and warm fresh foods, lovely fresh orange juice etc. Great value for money. Warmly recommended!
I could find very few faults, none of which was a deal breaker: storage in the room is limited - not really enough for a long stay; the safe is small (not for laptops); filter coffee at breakfast was fresh but on the weak side, and decent espresso is provided for an extra charge; there is room for improvement in the bread section as well (for some reason, really good bread is not very common in Greek hotels). But all of these are marginal compared to the many advantages.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, a fine and considerate breakfast and tasteful facilities. The location is just about right as we like to walk a little bit to the center. We will certainly be back to Estia Boutique Apartments. My wife and I truly enjoyed staying here and would strongly recommend it.

Well equipped, clean and cozy rooms.
The reception staff was so friendly and helpful on our late check-in. They wrote a thorough instruction how to get the key, where to park the car at night. That definitely gives an additional star to the hotel 😊.
Spacious patio for the breakfast gave us a good start of the sunny days. The breakfast itself was good with a variety of traditional Greek food and common European breakfast.
The hotel has its own free underground parking it’s a plus for busy streets of Athens.
The windows of our room were looking to the walls and windows of the opposite house which was standing quite close. Thus, it was gloomy in the room even in the morning.

the free parking underground, the breakfast was delicious, the location near the metro, the staff was amazing and extremely helpful and informative and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

We loved the fresh design and modern touches and electronic solutions...Hotel itself is great 👍😃 Receptionists at the desk were very polite, friendly and helpful... Katherina was excellent and knows proper customer service... She is an asset to the company.
Location, although not far from exciting sites and city life... The immediate surroundings can be a bit sad and sometimes scary. Maybe it's just not something we are used to day to day...

Breakfast was buffet style and very nice. Everything was tasty with a small selection but is perfect for a light meal before seeing the sights of Athens. Location not the greatest but close enough by taxi to the best parts of Athens.

Staff was amazing! Helped us with all our needs. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Was beautifully decorated and had parking off the street.
Neighborhood felt a little run down and a little further away from main sites. Inside building was beautiful and very nice felt like it should have been in a different location.

Many places on Booking.com are reviewed as being exceptional when they are nothing of the sort, But Estia Apartments really is exceptional. New and very nicely furnished, very comfortable beds and very well equipped. The staff are delightful and the breakfast options and quality are excellent. It is also located in an interesting up and coming part of the city, away from the main tourist areas, but close enough (10-15 minutes walk) to the Plaka and on the doorstep of the Kerameikos ancient cemetery which is, at least in my view, one of the most pleasant and atmospheric historical sites in the centre, happily ignored by the mass tourist sector. The free parking is a big plus and it is easily accessible from the main National Road (Athens to Thessaloniki).
