Ha un grazioso soggiorno con un divano letto, 2 camere da letto, una cucina indipendente ricca di colori, con un balconcino, ed un bagno (con doccia)
Perfetto per 2/5 persone, può alloggiarne comodamente fino a 8 (il tavolo della cucina può essere facilmente allargato).

The location is fabulous and is within 1-2 miles walking distances to all the major places to see. Stay here because of the proximity, not to impress othersZns The check in details didn’t come through for some reason the day or 2 prior to our stay, but we didn’t have to wait long for our host to resend them.
There was only 1 working AC unit during 100+ degree temps during the day, which made night time sleeping sticky, but still tolerable with a fan.
Our host scheduled cabs for us back to the airport as well. Honestly, she made the experience better than the quality of the actual property.

This apartment was great for our family of 6, and the location was perfect. In order to sleep 6 people, Chiara put extra beds in the main bedroom (we opted not to use the pull out couch in the living room). Everyone had a bed to themself, but there was not so much privacy (including that the other bedroom was separated from the hall by a curtain.) This was totally fine for my family, but may be less comfortable for a group of friends or unrelated people who want a little more privacy. Chiara was great, and responsive, and we overall loved this apartment and location. I highly recommend.

Perfectly functional spot for us, despite being an older building with a few quirks. The floor plan works off you’re ok constantly walking through the room with two beds, but it has enough beds for all of us, just not much privacy between rooms (as advertised). The A/C worked during a really hot few days, and the extra fan in the bedroom was very necessary. The smart TV was great for hanging out during the hottest part of the day. Overall it all worked out.

This apartment is centrally located in the Jewish ghetto section of Rome--so convenient! We were able to walk to all of the major sights in Rome (Vatican is a bus ride but everything else is within walking distance). If you want to stay close to "home" almost everything you need is on your street--restaurants (known for their Jewish artichokes), gelato, or if you're just looking to pick up a bottle of wine. The apartment sleeps 5 comfortably, and Teresa was very communicative regarding check-in and out, making recommendations for our stay and arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our week in Rome! Walking distance to many attractions, great food just outside the apartment, and the perfect size for five young adults with a kitchen for making meals (when we weren't eating out). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

We love staying in the Jewish quarter. It is so central to everything. Chiara is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. We loved staying in the historical part of Rome with amazing food right outside your door.

Clean but with lots of unnecessary objects. Toilette needs to be changed. They need more bedding and towels . Overall is decent

This was a great place to stay in the heart of historical Rome. We felt like we were breathing history. Chiara was an extremely helpful host and she answered my many questions patiently. I was unable to figure out the layout from the diagram posted on this site, but she explained it to me, and it worked for the five of us. From the street inward, there is: a private bedroom for two with a door, an open living room that can sleep one or two, a bedroom with two single beds that has curtains that can be drawn for privacy from those commuting to the bathroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony that overlooks an ancient courtyard. We were happy and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if there is opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay which was a last minute booking. The apartment is really convenient especially if you are looking to stay in the Ghetto area. It was basically clean and ready to use. The beds were adequate for 6, and the wifi worked well. The only issue was the lack of working A/C in one of the bedrooms. Depending on the weather and your tolerances the provided fan may suffice.
Since I went to the supermarket a number of times I didn't mind buying more toilet paper body wash etc, but it would have been nice to have more than one roll in the apartment.
The kitchen was adequate for basic use.
Overall it met our needs and expectations.

Excellent experience
The 5 of us had a wonderful time. We loved all the nearby shops and we loved how we could walk to all the attractions in 20 to 40 minutes. We were very comfortable.

Great Location
We absolutely loved this neighborhood!! The street in front of the condo is pedestrian only. The little bistros are so convenient and yummy! The street is alive and very enjoyable! All of Rome’s main attractions are within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

Bel appartement, un peu serré pour 6 personnes. Très bien situé au coeur de Rome. On peut tout visiter à pied ou presque.

"The apartment`s location is superb. You are just steps away from Portico D`Ottavia,Teatro di Marcello and many other archaeological sites. We spent a very nice stay in this apartment and walked from there to basically everywhere in Rome.
The owner provides very detailed information on the surroundings, sightseeing and other useful information, such as for hospitals and drugstores nearby. It is located in the Guetto, which is the Jewish neighborhood, and the street is filled with very nice restaurants. One of the inconveniences, however, is that, because of the number of restaurants, the place gets a little noisy at night. Also the apartment could receive a newer sofa and TV. Unfortunately, the wi-fi only worked in the first day of our stay. We contacted the owner who explained she was changing the provider and that the new one should be working soon. She even sent her husband there to check, but we lacked internet connection for the remainder of our stay. The bathroom is really small and has some mold in the ceiling, which could be easily solved with a new painting. The apartment is pleasant in general, but could be better kept."

"This apartment is perfectly located and extremely comfortable. I have stayed in many holiday rentals and the typical discomforts of a holiday rental were non-existent here (not knowing how to use the dishwasher, or the water heater, for example, or where to find the closest grocery store) thanks to the detailed pamphlet provided by the owner. It included every kind of information I could want: restaurant recommendations, sight-seeing, taxi company numbers, as well as the details of how to use appliances and who to contact if we needed help. The owner or her assistant were just a phone call away and came immediately when we needed something.
My one complaint is that the second bedroom is not walled off from the hallway. It is in fact a double bed tucked into a corner and blocked off with only a curtain. One must walk past the curtain to get from the family room or other bedroom to the kitchen. So there''s very little privacy for whomever sleeps there.
The air conditioning was GREATLY appreciated and the noise from the street was almost non-existent, in spite of being very centrally located and surrounded by restaurants. I highly recommend."

"Die Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch gelegen. Wir konnten problemlos alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Viertel ist überaus belebt (auch nachts), dafür haben wir die Aussicht auf das bunte Treiben sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) völlig ausreichend. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Zu empfehlen!!"

"Tout n''est pas parfait dans l''appartement. Il manque de prises électriques, la salle de bain est un peu petite pour 4 (famille avec deux enfants) ...
Mais ces petits inconvénients ne sont rien en regard de l''emplacement absolument génial, parfait pour visiter cette ville magnifique à pied.
Rien non plus face à la disponibilité et à la gentillesse des propriétaires qui se sont mis en quatre pour régler quelques problèmes sans importance que nous avons rencontrés.
Un dernier point, de détail mais qui a son importance. La propriétaire, Chiara, vous fournit une description très détaillée et très utile des boutiques, restaus, taxis, médecins etc ... du quartier. Ce qui facilité et même enchante l''arrivée !
En résumé nous reviendrons."

"Appartement idéalement situé, et comportant le strict nécessaire. A cinq, pas de problèmes. A plus, cela peut commencer à être un peu serré. A signaler une chambre plus bruyante côté rue, un équipement assez sommaire et parfois usagé, et personne à l'arrivée (heureusement, quelqu'un est arrivé très vite après un appel sur un gsm en italien...) Rome est magique et loger dans le ghetto une chouette expérience Il y a une supérette juste à côté et les propriétaires fournissent tous les renseignements utiles sur les environs"

"appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, parfait pour une famille (nous étions 2 adultes et trois enfants). Tout est accessible à pied et le quartier est très sympathique, avec plein de petits commerces et notamment une excellente boulangerie !
Plutôt calme, mais nous y étions en février, donc les terrasses sont moins animées ! Rome est une magnifique ville, à taille humaine...bref, super séjour !"

"The appartement was real...
"The appartement was really dirty. In the bathroom, there was mould in the shower, on the wall, on the ceiling. The air exchanger was not working and there was a really bad smell in the bathroom. The tiles were broken at the entry of the bathroom and we had to pay really attention to not be hurt. We had to clean the place and the floors as they were really sticky.
Then we realized that the Wi-Fi system did not work. Because the ownwer account was not active, it took five days before we can finally had access to it .
We also had problem with the satellite.
A basic thing to expect in an appartment is hot water. We had hot water in the shower but not in the sink of the bathroom and nothing in the kitchen sink as well.
The place is very noisy because the appartment is located over a restaurant with an outdoor terrace.
The only good thing is that it is well located in Central Rome."
