The property was in an amazing location. Close enough to walk to most of the must see sites in the city. There were plenty of options for amazing places to eat nearby, also.The property was very spacious. More than enough room for our family of six to have room to spread out and relax without being on top of each other.Over all a great place in the heart of the city.

This was a great property in the heart of Rome near the Colosseum and Altar of the Fatherland.....easy to walk to many sites and good location for taxi's. The host was fantastic and the property was very clean and well equipped. Would stay here again on next visit to Roma!

My family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. Incredible location in the heart of Rome. Please bear in mind that the Piazza Venezia is currently undergoing a colossal 10 year construction project right outside. Still an incredible view, and couldn’t be better located. The AC works nice and cold. The layout is definitely spacious and provides a ton of room. Communication with the owner started out great, before and even at check-in. However, after that I reached out through WhatsApp a couple times during my stay and never heard back from anyone. Not happy about that. Definitely not enough toilet paper, and very few cleaning supplies. Many reviewers have mentioned the stairs, and man they aren’t joking. 82 stairs from the street level to the unit. Be prepared. They are tough, but doable. And if you’re visiting Rome, you’re gonna be getting your steps in anyway. I really appreciated the 3 full baths, with toilets and showers. However, although the main shower is great, the other two smaller showers are virtually unusable. In the center bath, the toilet is literally in the shower stall, and the back bathroom, the sink is in the stall. You can get creative, but it’s definitely strange. Beds are good, but the rest of the furniture throughout the space is in desperate need of being replaced. Overall, we liked it well enough, but it could use some upgrades.Pros: Prime location, 3 baths, huge living space, AC great.Cons: Stairs, tiny showers, communication gap.

Other reviews drastically understate the stairs. 100d rIman heat.... 5 kids...former collegiate cross country runner.....these stairs were BRUTAL. ALSO, Harry Houdini took the photos. Much smaller tyan it appears but owner was great. Very helpful. Understanding. Id stay again but not in august. 3 batgrooms but t oilets located in the showers Ac very strong Location is worth the price. Very safe Great start to a trip
