We were visiting family and the hotel was in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern and comfortable the hotel lobby and room were!
There was nothing to not like.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was so kind and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was working perfectly well. Loved that it was a walk in shower.
The breakfast was good too.
Loved it all
Was a little pricey for such a short stay.

Staff were excellent. Jennifer went out of her way to help with a lost item. She's a keeper.
Pets in room down hall were barking and whining.

Breakfast was good, bed was great, but very difficult to find and get to this HI Express. Terrible location. Have to go through a parking lot where there is construction on both sides and around a strip mall. Hotel is in behind strip mall and construction sites.
You need a new location away from the strip mall. One that is easier to get in and out of parking lot. Cost should have been less due to inconvenience and difficulty of location.
