Everything was perfect

Even though this hotel is listed as 4-star. It deserves 5 stars because it exceeded our expectations. There are so many things we liked about this luxury boutique hotel; I don’t know where to begin. First, we were struck by how beautiful our room was, and we stayed in the least expensive room. The ambience in our room was very cozy and inviting. From the bathroom counter and the bathtub to the beds, chairs and sofa, everything was high-class and so clean. I am a clean freak and appreciate the fact that everything in this hotel is maintained well. It meets my high standards. Apparently, a lot of attention was paid in building, decorating and maintaining this hotel – down to the tassels on the drapes above the bed boards, on the sofa, the chairs and even the coffee table. Everything is top-tiered. Even the hairdryer and the coffee machine are of premium quality. We love the Michelin-rated food, which is exceptional, especially the dim sums and the gourmet baked goods. The staff was so gracious and accommodating, especially Leo Park the manager and the concierge. I recommend staying at this hotel, which is centrally located to so many shops, restaurants and markets – all within walking distance. I told all my friends and family about how wonderful this hotel is and recommended them to stay here.

No iron and ironing board.

Perfect location, extraordinary suite which is incredibly well decorated and charming, very clean and spacious. The personnel is extremely kind and available.

This is a Gorgeous boutique hotel, and an easy walk away to vibrant shopping and dining - if you even want to go out! Every detail is luxurious, from the bedding to the food to the fresh flowers everywhere. The friendly greeting at the curb was a wonderful service, great hospitality at the desk. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Loved the robes. Slept like a baby.

The listing said our room would have a "hot tub", what it actually had was a claw foot bath tub. Beautiful, functional, but different than advertised (in the English language description anyway). They also made a big deal at check in about a couple of items that were not complimentary in the room, which was shame since it would have been so easy at this room's price point to make them complimentary, or just available upon request (shave kit $2.50, bubble bath $14).
