1. The reception is really nice, thanks to Louise for explaining in details and checking us in. 2. The size of the room is big - premium queen. 3. If you like jumjibang, there’s a similar and small one on level 16. Women’s with one hot pool and cold plunge pool and a sauna - all indoor. For men - 3 pools - one hot pool indoor, one cold plunge pool indoor and one hot pool outdoor and an indoor sauna. 4. We don’t get breakfast so can’t comment. 5. Namdemun market is very close within walking distance and you can get the famous hotteok and kimchi buns there.

1. The springy bed is very disturbing and every time you move, it will affect the partner. It is not individually pocketed spring. You can also literally jump on the bed. Luckily there was a sofa bed which is harder and better to sleep in. Pillows too soft but there is a pillow menu. 2. The location is not close to train station. You have to cross the road and in total walk about 7-8 mins. 3. There was a demonstration by some climate group and the roads were blocked out for one day; everything is organised but staff didn’t know how long it will take, how cars will be diverted because we take taxi mostly due to the train station too far. We end up having to tell the driver how to come to the hotel but he couldn’t in the end. We spent half hour just waiting and communicating.

Rooms are dated and need an upgrade.
