Staff friendly, restaurant fresh and delicious. I was going to stay in Lucerne town and was beyond thrilled I stayed here instead. Easy to catch a ferry around the lake but sooo much better to return here to breathe in the tranquility. The view is breathtaking and has to be seen to be believed. The perfect Swiss experience you hope for with cows grazing, bells and all.
Nothing.

The location was very beautiful. The room was clean and adequate for 2 nights. The breakfast was good.
Was uninformed that it was “off-season” in the middle of May, so was disappointed the pool was closed. The building smelled like cigarettes, luckily the room didn’t.
