Loved everything about Casa Buena Vista. The house is even better than the pictures. So comfortable, beautiful and luxurious. The location is perfect, we walked into town multiple times. A wonderful long weekend getaway with old friends was made even better with this beautiful home.

What a terrific house. We traveled from South Carolina through 12 states and 13 other rental homes and this was the very best. Very comfortable. Very convenient to everything. Great atmosphere. We enjoyed it tremendously and recommend it highly.

My friends and I stayed here for the Santa Fe Indian Market and the location was perfect. The property was well taken care of and spacious. We appreciated the little details throughout the home. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

The three of us really enjoyed our 9-day stay in July at Casa Buena Vista. The property was well located, (walking distance to the Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road) clean, very comfortably furnished/decorated and well stocked, except no shampoo or body soap (bring your own!). We especially enjoyed spending much of our time outside on the large front patio overlooking the garden for our morning coffee, happy hours, and evening dinners. The only negatives are some awkward steps that would be an issue for the mobility impaired, and the 2nd bedroom got a bit warm as it had no a/c like the rest of the house. Overall, it is a genuinely nice and welcoming property and would come back.

The communication from the property manager was not great. The place was in a great location and all was good except note there is no a/c in the second bedroom. Also, the grill was not cleaned - in fact it looked neglected. If you have small dogs the gates were in bad shape and a small dog could easily escape. The communication I am referencing is I had asked if we could check in a couple hours early. We were granted permission which was nice. We ended up running late and only arrived 15 minutes early and the cleaning crew was still on site. Good thing we didn't arrive at our original time requested. Also, I accidentally lost an earring at the place. I asked Brenda twice if she could check to see if it was found. Both times she said she would and then I never heard from her. I just gave up. Lastly, we leave a place like we find it. I am still waiting to get my security deposit back. I have stayed at many VRBO's and they are usually a lot quicker at refunding the deposit. All in all the place was nice, great location, but they need to clean the grill, and the outside furniture, communicate better and be more expediate when refunding the security deposit.

This is a lovely property that was exactly what we were looking for. What a beautiful front porch and front garden from which to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Absolutely loved the Santa Fe architecture and decor of the home along with it being perfectly clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. It was so roomy and within walking distance from the plaza and shops! A+

Casa Buena Vista is a lovely, spacious and well kept home in the very walkable South Capital neighborhood of Santa Fe. Our group was 4 adults although we have a number of friends in the area who stopped by to visit, and the large covered front porch was perfect for socializing. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Lovely home, very well equipped, great location. Older people with balance issues need to be careful. Between rooms there are a few places where you need to step up or down a few inches . Recommend a careful walk through when you get there so you can identify these places to avoid tripping during your stay. Very nice art on the walls.

My friend, a puppy & I were truly able to relax in your beautiful home. Views of the Santa de Cristo Mts were stunning, veranda and hot tub were excellent places to relax. We love this cute adobe home. The kitchen had anything we needed to cook and prep meals when we weren't dining on awesome cuisine in Santa Fe. Sipping coffee on the front porch was perfect. We also loved spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The mattress in the other room was a little to soft for our liking. The location of this hiome was great. We walked to the plaza and railyard. The check in was seamless and checkout was very easy. Literally lock and close doors and windows. I didn't have to strip the beds, start laundry etc as I have been asked in other rental homes. I would definitely stay here if I get back out to Santa Fe.

Quiet neighborhood and comfortable, elegantly decorated home with real Santa Fe flair. This house was a great home base for spending the week. We easily walked to the plaza and Canyon Road, and enjoyed a nice fire in the evenings after our daytrips to Bandelier National Monument and Taos. Also enjoyed the view of the snow-covered mountains from the front porch. 10/10, would stay again!

We loved your home for our Spring Break get away! It was clean, comfortable, perfect for relaxing, walking distance to Canyon Road and the Plaza! We all agreed it might be our favorite VRBO rental home yet! Next time we visit Santa Fe, we hope to stay again!

Lovely house with a really nice hot tub on the back patio where you can enjoy the stars at night. We’ll located to go anywhere in the City or up to the ski basin.

Our family of 6 spent a few days here over spring break. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and fire place made this trip memorable. We would definitely choose this home again.

The property was fantastic for a group of 4, the location was convenient and absolutely beautiful. The neighbors were a little rowdy and stayed up very late on Saturday night making a decent amount of noise, but that aside it was a fantastic stay!

This is an adobe home with thick walls. We had to turn the heat off for it stayed a comfortable 69 degrees. Very comfortable sofas, chairs, and bed. About 4 blocks to the Plaza. Enjoyed the walks and our dog was happy with the front fenced yard. One complaint, the living room Xfinity or TV could not bring in any stations. Stuck on some music advertisement. Internet is marginal for pulling in stations on the bedroom TV. But, you don't need the TV in Santa Fe.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property. Given the chilly weather, it was great having a fireplace, hot tub and steam shower. Our only issue was the second bedroom's bed was a bit small. Would stay there again.

Everything was convenient, walking distance to plaza. Not to far to Ski Santa Fa . Look forward to staying there again.

My two daughters and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We enjoyed the light and style of this beautiful adobe and how we could walk to downtown Santa Fe shops and restaurants! Wonderful place to call home!

We stayed 6 nights with another couple and can’t think of a better VRBO after staying in numerous properties in various states and countries. The kitchen was so well-equipped; the location was easy walking distance to plaza, Canyon Road galleries, shopping, etc.; we enjoyed having morning coffee & evening cocktails on the covered porch overlooking the terraced yard; we appreciated having a 2 car garage so we didn’t have to park in street.

I recently stayed in this fabulous place with my two daughters. Everything about the home is perfect. One really can experience the feel of Santa Fe in this hacienda style home. We were also attracted by the fact that it has a hot tub in a private outdoor area off the primary bedroom. The main square is about a ten minute walk. The house is in a quiet, private neighborhood. The restaurants were fabulous as well. We also went to Meow Wolf, an interactive art installment. You don’t need to be a kid, or bring a kid to enjoy it. Just be able to think outside of the box. Hiking and visiting cliff dwellings was also part of our trip. All in all, while too short, we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed staying in this home.

We all absolutely fell in love with this house. So comfortable and charming. Perfect location for Plaza (you can walk) and grocery stores right down the street. Fully equipped kitchen (thank you!) made it super easy for cooking. We were sad when it was time to go.

We loved our stay at south capital and immediately felt right at home. The charm and history of this property was second to none. We loved the location, hot tub, well appointed kitchen and fenced in yard. Even though the home is close to other houses it felt so quaint and private. We hope to be able to stay there again soon.

Just like New Mexico is called the Land of Enchantment this house provided an enchanting experience in Santa Fe. Location was perfect, house is cozy, roomy and very comfortable. The fireplace added the perfect ambiance and the hot tub was awesome for late evenings. Great service. Couldn't ask for better. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you!
