We were met by a very welcoming and professional host. She showed us around and made a dinner reservation for us. She also arranged our airport transfer. She was available to call for the duration of the stay. The apartment had water, coffee, sugar, shampoo/shower wash, a nice basic supply for the first day. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, plenty of fresh towels. There are 3 bathrooms with really strong water pressure for a good shower - important when you've been walking around Venice all day. Location very convenient, only a short walk to Ca d'Oro - water taxi stop 5 of us stayed here and we really enjoyed it.

1 small thing we missed was a full length mirror. & a coat stand would be great.

When we arrived in the appartment, one of the plants had around 20 dead leaves There is nothing in the kitchen : - no salt , - no pepper - no oil - no sponge -only 3 water glasses ! There is no hot water There is only one very small bottle for shanpoo and one very small bottlw for shower gel for 3 persona and 3 days !

Be careful!! The pictures on booking are totally fake !! There is no view, no sight. The only view is scaffoldings!!There has had works for 2 years on the church in front of the windows of the main room and they won’t be finished before 2025! There is neither any service or help of the host. No way to arrive before 4 pm and no wish of the host to find a solution to find a way to let the luggage ! Sacandalous ! This property blew our minds. The nicest place we’ve ever stayed. A true Venice experience. Great views of the canal too.

The host was super nice and gave us some good recommendations on where to eat and where to stay away from. Basically stay away from the tourist areas and waiters trying to pull you in. Reserving a table is recommended for the better venues. The apartment number 10 with the mezzanine bedroom was awesome, our mouths dropped when we walked in, in that OMG moment, so much space and everything you could need, its a really beautiful building inside the entrance. The building is close to the Co-op supermarket so you can easily get supply's and easy walk to the shops and main attractions. After a long day walking around Venice in the heat, it was always nice to come back to the cool air con in the apartment.

The building opposite is having some restoration work done, so you may hear some noise if you have an apartment on that side, but we didn't hear anything at all. It would be a nice touch if there were some complimentary local snacks or a bottle of wine in the room so we could relax straight away, but that's just being picky. You will love this stay just like we did.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. New, clean, spacious and very well appointed.
