Excellent place to enjoy Venice,Italy. We were right in the heart of the beccarie scene and able to walk down to the fish market to get fresh seafood, pasta, cheese and vegetables for dinners. Easy to walk to all major sights.
Only downside was we wish d we had more cooking utensils to prepare meals with.

It was a good sized space for a family of 5. It was clean, had air con in each bedroom (not in the living room) and was very comfortable.
I didn’t realise it was located next to the fish market (my fault) so we didn’t open the windows facing the market as the smell was not pleasant.

This place is in a good location right in the middle of a square. There are plenty of restaurants and easy access to the canals. You can get here from the train station walking, but it is a little bit far. I would recommend a private taxi. We were lucky I believe as the fish market downstairs was closed the days we were there, so didn’t encounter any of that commotion and potential smells.
We had several issues doing our stay. One of the toilets were broken, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms didn’t work (our kids had to sleep in another unit), and they didn’t bring us enough towels for all of our guests. The property management company responded, but did not act at all while we were there. There is a washer/dryer on site, but I would save my laundry for another location.
