Only a minor point but no tea towel and only 1 squirt of washing up liquid Parking is in enclosed garage which worked OK for us but some might find quite difficult We travelling with 2 dogs and booking.com photos implied there was an enclosed garden which is not the case.. The public gardens just down the roads prohibit dogs

The only suggestion would be better blinds as it was a bit bright at night and the blinds didn’t block most of it.

Property met expectations. We stayed too short to use the garden or the Jacuzzi. Closeness to the center of Le Mans: 15 minutes walking distance. Host was very helpful. We could park our large car with bike-rack on the driveway. With the roofbox on top it would not fit into the garage, but the driveway was ok. Our dog was welcome and also enjoyed the stay.

We like to sleep with the windows open. There is a busy road in front of the house that gives traffic noise during the day and that dies down at night. The only windows are on the front side of the house.

Out 2nd time here. Perfect overnight stop for us with parking. All you need in this apartment for a comfortable stay. Host couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Our little dog made welcome too .

The lovely owner, Nelly, contacted us on the morning of our booking to confirm our approx arrival time. She met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment with helpful comments and handed the keys to us. She offered us the use of the garage (we declined as there is a good driveway on which to park) and the back garden seating/jacuzzi, however our one night stay was in early April and the weather was rather chilly so we didn't make use of these. It's a very comfortable bijoux "studio" type, self contained apartment, which is linked to Nelly's house. The kitchen area is small but well equipped (although unlike some other apartments we stayed in during our tour, there was no dishwasher/washing machine - this was not an issue for us) and can be curtained off from the rest of the apartment. The settee and bed were both comfortable and there was good storage. The dining table was large enough for 4 chairs. The location is great - it's a 3 minute walk to a boulangerie (not open on Mondays) and a well stocked supermarket (open until 7pm on Sundays) and a pharmacie. It's under 10 minutes to walk to the Jardin des Plantes and about 15 minutes to walk to the town hall and cathedral. The Circuit for the Le Mans 24 hours is around a 15 minute drive.
