Excelente relación calidad-precio. Casa muy bien equipada y espacio de sobra para 6 personas. Ubicación buena. Nos felicitaron pulseras para acceder a la playa.

Poca capacidad del termo de agua caliente. Poco oscurecimiento de las cortinas.

The location, neighbourhood, and common areas were very nice. The house was very clean and pleasant. Overall, we liked it despite the few things we didn’t like.

There are definitely significant problems with the hot water, so you should expect cold showers. Some appliances didn’t work, although we didn’t really need to use them. On some days there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathrooms, but it seems this might be a common problem in the area.

The location was fantastic. About a mile to the city center and the beautiful beach was about a 5 minute walk. The poolside also provided a peaceful retreat.

The only downside was that the beds were a little hard. But the positives far outweighed that small issue.

Great setting and property. Pool, lots of green, quiet and safe location. The house itself is lovely, well furnished and very spacious. Air conditioning, which is essential for the location, available on all three floors of the property, although slow to kick in on ground and top floors (see below). Laundry facilities are great, with a dedicated service room where you can wash your laundry in a huge washing machine and hang dry them on airer provided, or use the huge tumble drier. Lots of towels provided. Super king size bed in main bedroom, all rooms with with adequate bedding. Wi-Fi provided on all floors.

Little things go a long way to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen could do with being better equipped. Just a couple of wine glasses and mugs just won't do for a party of five. Very disorganised kitchen drawers. Not enough cuttlery or utensils - no teaspoons! Only very large saucepans. No kettle(!) and no adequate saucepan to boil water in. Drinking water pump hadn't been charged prior to our arrival, so we had to wait for it to charge in order to drink water. Air con on ground floor only kicked in on last two days of a seven-day stay. Air con controls on top floor master bedroom didn't have batteries so it wouldn't work until we got new ones. Most bedside lamps had cracked and dirty shades and broken switches. Toilets on all floors had problems prior to our arrival and upon arrival we were greeted by a plumber, who returned a few times to complete jobs. First floor toilet could not be fixed. Showers weren't heating up. Plastic upholstered cushions on sunny terrace chairs almost burned our backsides. Little things which were mostly annoying but did not ruin our holiday - mainly because we had family nearby who helped us and the weather was great so we were out enjoying ourselves most of the time. Having said all that, we would still stay at this great property again and if these issues were to be addressed, we would gladly recommend it.
