Location was amazing, walking distance from everything. We were able to park outside the property and the property was just perfect. Home from home. Had all the facilities we needed. Neighbours were really lovely and so easy to find. Great way to spend the weekend away from London's hussle and bussle. Key collection was easy and Doug's communication was spot on.
There was nothing not to like - perhaps the shower head could be a little bigger but very minor thing and a preferrence more than didnt like it :)

This home was amazing! We were very happy with our stay and the facilities this house provided. It was spacious and cosy. Had everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it and such a lovely host. A 3-4 min walk to the nearest bus stop and could get straight into Hastings easily. Co op right nearby, boots and a really lovely breakfast place

We were 3 friends and the house was perfect as 2 bedrooms upstairs and a comfortable sofa bed in spacious sitting room downstairs.
Fantastic location only a few minutes on foot from the station, beach, great shops, restaurants, cinema. It's in a quiet courtyard shared with 3 other Mews houses where you can park. There is no private outside space to sit but there is a bench, and some chairs, outside the sitting room in the shared courtyard/parking area.

Lovely mews house in a prime location. Only a couple of minutes walk from the seafront.
Clean and comfortable, with clear friendly instructions upon arrival.
We had a small issue whilst there with the hot water but it was sorted immediately by Doug. Knowing the owner will be as helpful and pleasant and answered any questions was very reassuring.
No negatives at all.

We had an amazing stay it was so easy to get to, landlord was in contact on the arrival with the clear instructions and a great advice about busy weekend due to the festival in Hastings. Kindly let us know we can stay beyond our check out time, which made it so easy for us to plan our last day. Property it's well located, very homely, highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Perfect house for a small family to stay for a long weekend, the host was great, parking useful and a great location with lots of shops and the beach right on your doorstep. Very quiet too despite being very central.

Lots! Accommodation: Really comfy beds, fully equipped and has everything we needed, peaceful as just set back from the main streets.
Location: Fab! Short walk to the train station, even shorter walk to St Leonards beach. Shops, cafes and resturants all at the end of the road (very close but not too close). A beachfront stroll away from 'New' Hastings and a bit further onto 'Old' Hastings.
Owner: Key available on arrival so really flexible and easy. We had an issue with the hot water and heating which was quickly resolved, thank you Doug!
The apartment is clean but does need attention in some areas due to wear and tear, i.e. black grout, water damaged worktop and stained carpets etc. A bit of TLC would make it perfect accommodation. There was a bit of a 'nack' to the hot water but there is a sign to help, might be recommended to permanently fix though as found it unnecessarily frustrating.

The venue itself was more than we expected and would use again if available and visiting the local area. A good base to set out from.
Walking distance to Hastings if you like a longer stroll along the seafront.
Access for parking in the courtyard is a bit tight with a bigger car but hey it's off road and free,
All good apart from that.

No windows to open downstairs (double doors though). Tea towel and spatula would have been appreciated. Sharper knives needed.

Close to the pier, coop supermarket and choice of eateries nearby and trendy 'Heist' on Norman Road.
Comfy bed with cotton linen.
2 separate bedrooms.
Free WiFi and connected smart TV.
Doug, good communication re. check in and was available to assist if needed.
Can't think of anything, it was perfectly fine for our two night stay :))

Absolutely love this place, second visit and still impressed. So lucky to get parking in central St Leonards and so close to all amenities and the beach. Very spacious for just two of us and very competitively priced. Great communication with the owner. Looking forward to coming back sometime
Nothing to dislike apart from reversing into the mews if you are a nervous driver. Just takes a bit of confidence

brilliant location in good walking distance to a lot of places! the host was lovely and recommended some places to go. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept really well :)
The hot water was very temperamental even with heating turned on, took ages for warm water to come through the taps and only managed to get a slightly warm bath. A lot of the crockery was unclean and still had food on from previous use and had to be washed before use.

Excellent location. Easy walk from the station and to all the amenities and the seafront. Plenty of space for us all and excellent to have a parking space available if required.
Only niggle was that the boiler was a bit noisy at times but not a major issue.

I went with my two children and grandson. I slept on the sofa bed which was easy to get out and comfy enough. My children slept well. The flat was clean and with all the basics needed for cooking.
there was a child safety catch at the top of the stairs which unfortunately didn't work, so worth keeping an eye on it you have smaller children (or it is mended).
