This was a stop over for us on the way to Scotland. Our room was huge and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet even though it is above the bar and restaurant.
A 5pm check-in was a bit later than usual and there is no early check in or wait in the bar as the pub doesn't open until 5pm. The meals were very basic and a bit expensive for what they were.
