Questo condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni ti offre tutto questo e molto altro! Questo condominio molto pulito è perfetto per una visita di famiglia o per una fuga romantica per due! Ha una cucina ben fornita, mobili nuovi e confortevoli e tutti i nuovi asciugamani e lenzuola, insieme a una vista da un milione di dollari che contribuiranno a rendere una vacanza assolutamente felice! Cucina recentemente aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e piano in granito. Il bagno principale ora ha una bella doccia piastrellata walk-in, mentre il bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione vasca / doccia appena piastrellata. Entrambi i bagni hanno tutti i nuovi piani lavabo in quarzo e tutti i nuovi infissi. Entrambe le camere hanno nuovi letti king size Cal.

Spending time on the lanai will go down as one of my favorite lifetime highlights. There were humpback whales! Dolphins lept into the air! Fantastic sunsets! Waves lapping at the lava right below me!
The location was great for running and walking - nearby beaches were very accessible. There were some issues with fans and lights and screen doors, but that's life on the ocean. The microwave blew up the first night and a replacement was on the counter by noon the next day - really great communication.
If you're looking for the lanai of your dreams, where you can snack on papaya and star fruit while watching leaping dolphins and surfers in the waves. . .I don't know if it's possible to do better than this one. It was the best possible way we could have finished off our vacation - thank you!

Location, location, location. You can't get any closer to the water. We spent hours on the lanai watching the ocean and tide pools. We could see the colorful fish in the tide pools from the balcony. We had 5 people in our party which was a little snug but it worked. I thought the no AC thing would be an issue but it really wasn't. There are enough fans and ocean breeze to keep it cool at night. The complex itself can be a little rowdy with kids running up and down the halls but thats standard at any hotel/condo complex. We've rented houses/condos for about 15 years and this one was the most well stocked condo we've ever rented. From paper towels and garbage bags to kitchen equipment this condo had it covered. Communication was great with Holly when we had questions or issues. Overall it was a pretty good experience. We will miss sitting on that lanai for sure.

Ocean view was great but the place had a bunch of issues First in their discription of the unite they should tell you that if someone is going to use the second bedroom they better bring earplugs because it faces a road that has loud traffic noise till 230 am and then starts back up at 4 am takes two people to open the slider (acts like there's no rollers left on the bottom of the door and only use only one shower at a time or the master shower runes out of hot water and second

Such a great location: close to local shops and restaurants. Tide pools, surfing, marine life viewing from your balcony. And wave sounds throughout the day and night.

I cant imagine a much better condo than this one, it had everything we needed and it was in the perfect location. I could have sat on the lanai all day long and been happy watching surfers, turtles, and whales. Sunsets were amazing too.

The pictures reflect exactly how this condo looks. It's clean and cozy. The only fall back is that it is not walking distance to Kona, but there is a free bus line that will take you back and forth. The owner is very communicative and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again.

Everything about the Kona Bali Kai property was amazing. Holly was wonderful in communicating with us prior to our stay, and had everything ready for us upon arrival including island music playing and the large doors open, allowing the ocean breeze to greet us when we entered the unit. The unit was very clean and well appointed with anything we could have possibly wanted during our stay. We had gorgeous sunsets every night and lovely ocean views during the day. We had absolutely no complaints and loved every minute of our stay, only wished we could have stayed longer!

This beautiful condo is exactly as pictured and they really go the extra mile to be well equipped. They have everything you could possible need in a home away from home. It's perfectly located close to shops and restaurants, plenty of parking, pool wasn't busy, easy communication. I can't recommend this place enough!

My husband and I, along with another couple, enjoyed our stay at your condo. The location was fantastic - right on the ocean with access to the water! What a wonderful balcony for watching the sun set with a cold drink. We found that we enjoyed being there in the evenings more than at a restaurant! We also appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Thanks for making this such a nice relaxing vacation!

We had a most amazing, relaxing stay here. The amazing views, ocean waves, turtles and even whales. Pure magic. Hope to return one day. Thanks for the fabulous stay in this beautiful VRBO. We loved it.

Cute Condo and great location!
We loved our stay at this condo and did not want to leave! Super cute and clean and fully stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen & bathrooms and not to mention beach towels and chairs which we utilized often! I am going to miss the balcony view of the ocean which is perfect for sunset and the sound of the crashing waves! Our host Holly was communicative and informative throughout the entire process. The condo is located super close to many restaurants & shops and central to drive north or south for more adventures along the beaches! Would definitely stay here again :)

The views are amazing, we listened to the ocean every night. Beds are comfortable, unit was very clean. We loved being able to do laundry while we are here. Our family of five including teens/young adults really loved the location and proximity to shops/beaches. Highly recommend. The communication from the host/manager was great, we didn't really need anything but the manager was checking with us to make sure everything was all good and we had check in and check out info in plenty of time to be well prepared for arrival.

This place is exactly as advertised. Water and sunset views. Fall asleep and wake up to the lull of the waves. Plenty of space, supplied well, and comfortable. Holly was responsive and terrific. This is on our list for future stays!

You don't need to worry for buying daily essential things at all. All the toys/essentials needed to enjoy beach experience is in the condo.
Only thing I was missing was a wall clock. If you need to know the time either look at your phone or run down to the kitchen to look at the oven/microwave.
When you come from big cities it becomes very hard to adjust to see the screen door/sliding door and dead bolt doesn't work. When I called the host she was very reassuring to let us know that there is hardly any crime.

Kitchen had everything one would need as was the stock of luxurious beach and bath towels, Any questions were responded to promptly and helpfully by Holly. I have worked with Holly at this property before and she is awesome! We have been coming to the Bali Kai for over 30 years, and this stay was definitely among the very best!

Beautiful oceanfront location
We really enjoyed staying at this condo! Being directly in front of the ocean was amazing. We were able to explore the tide pools with our kids, and watch surfers from the lanai. The beds were very comfortable, which is not always the case in a rental. The kitchen had everything we needed to make whatever we needed. Our kids enjoyed the community pool at the condo. We would not hesitate to book again!

We can't say enough good things about this property and how much we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and we loved hearing the waves as we fell asleep each night. The hosts are extremely thoughtful with lots of small touches that made everything very convenient and comfortable, right down to nightlights in the bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could need. We had no problems during our stay but we did have one question and the host responded immediately.
While there is no AC, it was not needed. We had wonderful breezes and the ceiling fans in every room are very effective.
We travel a lot and have stayed in many rentals. This is by far the best we have experienced. We will return again if we have the opportunity to come to the Big Island in the future. Thank you!

This property was exactly as described and it was awesome! The apartment felt like it was a model condo unit when we walked in. We felt like we were the first people ever to stay there. Upgraded kitchens & bathrooms, not a speck of dust or sand, and comfortable furniture that looked brand new. A lot of Hawaii rental units show the wear and tear of an ocean environment, this one does not.
The condo has every appliance you need for cooking. It also has everything you need for day trips (beach bags, noodles, snorkel gear, boogie boards) and it's all in great condition.
The view is breathtaking, we could sit out on the balcony all day and listen to the waves. The location is great, a perfect beach is 3 minutes up the road and the town is 10 minutes the other way.
We will definitely be renting here again. Thank you for the perfect stay.

First 5 Days’ Kona Respite
My wife of 52+ years and I chanced upon this property for the first five days of our 15 night stay on Hawaii. Aside from a stubborn screen slider all was great. We used only the Oceanside bedroom and slept to magnificent surf sounds. The condo is nicely decorated, cool an comfortable with overhead fans and the master shower devine. ( That’s a word I don’t usually use.)

Great location, well stocked, welcoming
Great place, everything you need, tons of towels for beach, pool and bath. No AC but tons of fans. Beautiful view, close to center of Kailua, though not walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.
