The property was nice, easy check in and out process. The house needs some work done in the ceiling in the living room about the couch by the door. It literally looks like it’s gonna cave in. The couch closest to the TV needs switching with the other couch, not comfortable at all. Or get a new couch. We would rent from you again, the property was very clean, check in and out process very easy. Also NO clue how to work that coffee pot. Those coffee filters do not work in that coffee pit at all. No i instructions either.

This was a great place for my family to stay while visiting my sister and her family in Youngstown. House was clean and beautifully designed with everything you needed. My only comments or suggestions just for future would be to replace or clean the carpet in the main bedroom. It has a large stain right as you walk in. Also the back yard just needed some love ( mowed and repainted patio furniture), but it was fenced in and perfect for dogs and kids. Again, nothing that detracted from our overall stay!

It is a perfect location. Less than 2 minute walk to the shore of Lake Ontario and the pier to see beautiful sunsets. Also the property had a great back yard and the inside was nice and clean, but still felt comfortable and inviting. Loved it and will probably rent it again in the future.

Place was clean and had everything we needed. Nice to have A/C. Beds were small for couples to sleep in but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

This was a very nice place to stay. We were please that it was pet friendly indeed. We will be returning to this house in the fall. One thing that needs attention is that the front door is difficult to open and close without slamming.

There is an issue. There is not _obvious_ documentation on how to lock the door. I had to go online to look up how to apply the dead bolt. This should be clearly documented on the inside of the door (and elsewhere) and it is not.

Great little spot!
The cabin was clean and very occomodating. Had everything we needed! Communication with owner was great. Came right over when we had a tv issue!

Very enjoyable, especially as we needed a rental that would allow our dog to join us.
Easy experience from start to finish. Great to get away with our dog to such a nice cottage.

Very nice rental
Everything was as advertised. The property had everything you would need. The owner was very responsive. We ran out of propane and had a new can installed in about 10 minutes. The location was excellent for good sunsets. Convenient to get supplies, etc.

Wonderful little property for two friends and a dog
It was well-equipped and well-appointed. It had everything we needed. The fenced-in backyard was a plus. They were very responsive to any questions and Kerry even helped us find a babysitter for the dog for a day.
