Situato su una spiaggia incontaminata che si estende per miglia, troverete molte cose da esplorare. L'accesso alla spiaggia è una breve passeggiata su un percorso molto facile. Sulla spiaggia, cammina verso nord verso la foce del fiume Alsea e cerca il pezzo perfetto di legname galleggiante. Dirigiti a sud sulla sabbia e puoi camminare per miglia (otto per essere precisi)! Non sei pronto a girarti? Continuate su per le scale e sul famoso sentiero 804 che vi porterà lungo le piscine rocciose di marea basaltica e nella città di Yachats dove potrete gustare un ottimo pasto e una vista sull'oceano. Vieni a casa e goditi un lungo bagno nella vasca da bagno incassata immersa tra i pini marittimi. Troverete una cucina ben arredata in un open space che è soleggiato e divertente. In fondo al corridoio ci sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e un picco nel garage ti sorprenderà perché è uno spazio bonus per giocare e divertirsi.
Può ospitare fino a 8 - 3 camere da letto, 2 re (un re può essere diviso in 2 letti singoli con preavviso), 1 letto queen size e 1 divano letto; 2 bagni.

We had a great time here and found the photos and property listing details to be accurate. Really beautiful space and the perfect beach retreat. Beach access was easy, but there's also an entrance 2 minutes drive to the south that has a nice wide path.

A great stay! Just a few things to be aware of. Dryer takes 2 hours to dry even on highest setting. The stove couldn't get water to a full boil. Path down to beach not easily accessible especially for elderly and young kids. (Staircase is broken off halfway down and you have to mountain goat down large rocks to get to the beach) I know it's not the property owners responsibility but the pictures were misleading. Also the path is not directly from the property but a few blocks away. Lack of tvs, only 1 of the 3 rooms have one (the master bedroom doesn't have a tv). Has no glass recycling so must take all bottles with you when you leave. Besides that the place is awesome. The beds are super comfy, hot tub is nice and hot and clean. Amazing living/ dining area. Check in was a breeze. They even had a jar of dog treats and doggy poo bags setup at the entrance. Tons of hot water. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Lovely place. It really is great! Just be aware of what was previously said.

The area is wonderful and the house is very lovely. The beds were all super comfy and we had a nice (not phenomenal) view of the ocean. As much as I wanted to give this a five star review, I do have to say there are some things that took away from our stay. - The house only had two wine glasses total, we didn’t think wine glasses were something we would need to bring- The hot tub is not as private as you’d be led to think, the neighbors have a spectacular view of you and your friends/family soaking in it (and no view of the ocean from it) - The TVs, while nice that they include cable channels, do not have any app connectivity that we found. So any streaming service you wanted to use will be only usable on your personal devices, unless you bring a laptop and HDMI cord- All of that I could get around and maybe leave a four or even five star review still, however when “beach access” is touted you would expect easy access. However, the directions given to us lead us to a path where the stairs have clearly been gone for years (a local confirmed this), making the beach inaccessible from that route. A local was kind enough to show us another route to the beach, but if we didn’t have that as a surprise save of the day, we might not have found a path ourselves. Please know the area and update your guide maps accordingly, SweetHomes! Unfortunately. I left this rental feeling like it was not worth the money we spent on it and we will not be returning in the future.
