Vieni a goderti la nostra casa per le vacanze appena ristrutturata sul lato sud del Clear Lake Iowa. Questa proprietà ha 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 2 aree viventi, zona pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata, soppalco con terrazza balcone Hawks-Nest. I quartieri dei Capitani hanno un letto in schiuma di memoria King e gli alloggi Mermaid hanno un letto in memory foam IKEA di dimensioni queen. I quarti della squadra sono grandi per i bambini con letti a castello e rotelle. Loft può ospitare 4 con letti aero e un divano.
La casa ha 2 bagni e uno scaldabagno continuo per l'abbondanza di acqua calda.

We really enjoyed our weekend together here; the house is very charming and open. Jeff was very easy to get in touch with and work with for our needs. Restaurants, parks, grocery store were all close by and we look forward to visiting again.

This home has great space to accommodate a family! Tons of dining and relaxing space. You can tell the family really cares for this place. It was a perfect weekend getaway for our party of six adults. Great location near PM Park-- we rode our bikes everywhere! This was exactly the type of experience you hope for when renting a home!

This is our second time staying here. We use it for our family Christmas and always have a fantastic time! We love Clear Lake and the location of the home. Thank you for leaving your beautiful tree up for us and making your home so inviting. See you next year!

Very comfortable cozy home, plenty of space. Jeff, the owner was very friendly and accommodating to ensure we had everything we needed. The weather turned sour canceling the Christmas at the Lake festivities; Jeff was great about letting us know about the cancellation and any changes we may have needed to make for our reservation. We chose to brave the weather and enjoy the get away. Jeff checked in with us throughout the weekend to take care of any weather related, snow removal needs, etc. that was really nice.

We had a great time at this lake property. Everything was as expected and Jeff was great about checking in to see about our needs. We have already talked about coming back in the summer!

It was a beautiful location for fall. The leaves were changing, there's a good view of the lake and plenty of space to go for walks. It's not too far from downtown and room for 4 cars. There are great gathering spaces, clean bathrooms and super owners. Jeff was so accommodating and kind! We'd love to stay again!

Overall we all really enjoyed our stay! We had one member of our group with severe animal allergies. There was quite a bit of dog hair that was on our bags from sitting on the floor (although the house definitely was clean). And huge amounts outside by the deck. Dog hair is hard to get (we own two big shedders ourselves). So perhaps stating on your site your house has had animals? Otherwise it was great. Fully stocked with all your needs! Thanks! We had a blast!

We all enjoyed the set up of this house. The location is good too, as it is near the state park beach and very good dining is within a short distance. The kids also enjoyed the video games.

This was a really great place to stay and this amount of space is really great. It has a lot of good amenities and lots of beds, though just watch out if you are allergic to dogs, there may be some residual pet hair around that you could react to as I believe the homeowner has a dog.
