This property is perfectly located right next to a tram stop, with great amenities such as a hot tub, ping pong, pool table.
The beds were very comfortable and fully stocked kitchen. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

This condo is in a great location with easy access to Canyon Lodge and the Village. Very easy check-in process and the host was very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend.

The property was clean and well maintained. Very convenient since the bus stop is literally in front of the entrance. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The host was very responsive, taking only a few minutes to respond to my question. Would definitely book again!

Have stayed here several times. We always enjoy the cleanliness of the unit. It is also located where access to hikes, lakes and the village are easy. During the winter the shuttle stop is right across the street for fast access to the hill. I understand the unit is being upgraded with a new entertainment system and fireplace. Can’t wait to visit again this winter.

This was an epic weekend with historic snowfall in Mammoth (on top of record breaking season). This condo was the perfect base for hitting the slopes! No need to drive - shuttle stop a stone's throw from the front door. With the lodge locker key added- it was perfect support spot to put dry clothes, snacks, or stow gear between days. Cabin was warm and comfy for evening meals and recuperation. Host was understanding and responded quickly when we faced potential extension of stay due to closed roads. If we can swing it, we will gladly be back this season!

The location is excellent. The home is cozy and very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook with. Host even had plenty of firewood for us to use. I would stay here again.

This place is PERFECT!!! We needed a quick spring break getaway, and this was awesome!! Perfect for a family, minutes from town and 2 minute drive to canyon express lift!! Would recommend 100 percent!!

This place is outstanding! Jeff was quick to communicate and very professional with the information he provided prior to our arrival. The Condo has a fantastic layout where the kitchen overlooks the main living area. The rooms were quite large with very comfy beds and having two bathrooms was fantastic.
The complex had a great hot tub that was only a 2 minute walk from the condo. Not to mention you are directly across from the Blue line with a quick 10-15 minute ride (5-7 minutes on the way back) to land at Canyon lodge.
Will absolutely be staying here from now on! Couldn’t be happier.

Jeff was excellent in his pre-trip communication. All information was easy to understand and he was very professional. Unfortunately, we had a covid issue pop up with one of our kids and had to cancel. Jeff worked with us as we went through the insurance process. I will hopefully be able to book his property once we're able to travel again.

Just finished our week stay here - location for the village and gondola is excellent. The home itself is small for a family of six - great if just 4 !!! We enjoyed our stay though, beds were very comfortable which is always important !!! Could do with updating and if you are a group of six remember to keep
Showers short after a day on the slopes hot water tends to run out ! But overall we enjoyed our stay here and Jeff was excellent to work with. First time to Mammoth and we loved it.

We stayed here with our three kids aged 12-15. The place was clean and bathrooms and kitchen fairly recently updated. The kids spent a lot of time in the rec room, which was very close to the condo. Would stay her again!

My family of 5 had a great stay. Very convenient to registration office, pool and Hot Tub! Trolley picked up right in front of our room. It was nice to bike from the place but biking back up the hill was impossible for my kids and me. Ended up stopping and making my husband bike back to get the van but we could have taken the trolley back. Beds were super soft, too soft for me but my kids sleep great. Place had everything including nightlight, step stool so my kids could wash their hands without me, blackout curtains and fun games to play. Only thing they didn’t have were regular cereal bowls but it was not an issue. Communication with owner was great and on site staff was helpful. Place was very clean.

Only suggestion => Try to get all relevant rental details on one easily accessible page in VRBO (instead of buried in PDFs). Example: how to unlock front door upon arrival, where to find canyon lodge locker keys, which remote controls what, Etc.

Jeff's condo was great for our group of 4. Clean and spacious -- having 2 bathrooms is a plus. The kitchen is well stocked and the speakers are nice and easy to connect to. Jeff is very responsive and so is the front desk at Seasons 4 (which is basically next door). There's a covid protocol in place which gave us extra peace of mind. You can make a 30 min reservation for the hot tub with the front desk -- the gal there is super helpful.

This was our first time ever renting a condo, as well as our first time at Mammoth. When we walked in, my 16 year-old said, Dad, this place is perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated nicely and it was great to have a kitchen with all the cookware and plates/silverware. The only negative thing I can think of is that because this is on the lower level, we could hear footsteps from the condo above, and the flushing of toilets.
The condo has a nice view, is close to everything, and the clubhouse with pool, hot tub and movie rentals worked out well for us. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place was perfect for our couples trip. Plenty of room and very comfy, decent-sized beds. This condo is not brand new by any means but was very clean and the newly upgraded bathrooms were nice. But word to the wise; don't run both showers at the same time, you'll freeze! We found out the hard way. :)
Our trip included snowboarding so it was extremely conveinent having the shuttle pick up so close to the front door. And the place was even close enough to Canyon Lodge that we walked back (aboout 1.5 miles downhill) after boarding all day (the wait for shuttle was crazy long!).
Can't wait to stay here again!!

We were very happy with this rental. The unit was in great shape, with good accessories. Very nice tv unit. The club house was nearby with a very nice hot tub and sauna. The bus pick up for the ski hill is right across the street and a short drive to the ski hill. Free wifi is good. The owner is very responsive. Overall a great experience.

This condo is the real deal! It was like staying in an up scaled hotel. Lots of fire wood, towels, board games, DVDs, cable, full glass wear and silver wear, pots, pans, the works! Shuttle pick up for the ski lodge is right outside the front door and its 2 minutes from fine dining and shopping. I couldn’t ask for more.

I have used this condo for the past 5 or 6 winters and each time I notice the owner has done some fixing up to. The TV's, the granite counter bathrooms, the bed furnishings, and many more cool things that make this my home away from home when I go to Mammoth during the winter. The owner is easy to deal with and the accommodations make this an enjoyable place to stay each and every time. I will continue to use this condo and I am stoked on some of the upgrades this upcoming winter season.

This condo was in excellent condition. It was well stocked with blankets and towels with a fully functional kitchen. The condo was easily warmed with multiple heaters. We were very pleased with our stay.

Not knowing what to expect other than a few chosen pics, I was quite surprised when opening the front door. This condo is bright, cozy, clean, and gives off a warm and inviting vibe immediately.
It was great to find that this condo is fully functional with all the latest amenities. A flat screen HDTV and cable, high-speed wireless internet... simply awesome! Not to mention, right down the street from the village.
I came up here to road cycle and will definitely be back. The rental process was easy, and the owner, Jeff, was great to deal with.

Let me start by saying that the owner Jeff, is excellent to deal with. It was very easy to get a hold of him, and any questions that I had, he answered within a few hours. The condo we stayed at on July 8-11, 2010 was nicer than I expected. Very roomy inside, very clean and stocked with all the necessities. For those people seeking adventure, this is a good location. It's within a 10 minute walk to The Village at Mammoth, and from there, you can go to Mammoth Mountain resort either by shuttle or by gondola. I was there for mountain biking and it was perfect, because I was able to go back to the condo for lunch. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. In fact, I'll probably be contacting Jeff in the future for more trips to follow.

This condo is just right for an awesome Mammoth getaway... It's totally clean, conveniently located across the street from mountain tram, and close to the Village.... Staying here makes the Mammoth experience simple and easy, whether with friends or a family with children....
