Il tuo piccolo posto accogliente con ingresso indipendente, frigorifero e forno a microonde. Il cortile è privato e tutto tuo. Centrale, vicino al centro e al sud di Denver, a 5 minuti dal Denver Tech Center, a circa 10 minuti dall'Università del Colorado Hospital. A circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto e dall'altra parte della strada dal parco statale Cherry Creek che ha un grande lago e 30 miglia di sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta. Molta fauna selvatica. A piedi da Pho, Thai, messicano, pizza, 711 e negozio di liquori. Macchina per il caffè, bollitore per tè e caffè forniti.
Pensione a livello del giardino collegata alla casa principale ma con ingresso separato.
Questa è una tranquilla zona residenziale che è centrale.
Nota: c'è un ospite a lungo termine che rimane al di sopra di questa unità in modo da poter sentire dei passi (come qualsiasi altra casa o appartamento con persone).

We had an excellent time at Gabe’s place. It was the perfect location for all of our adventures. The place is small, but clean, private & in a quiet conveniently located neighborhood. The place is supplied with everything you may need to enjoy your stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was conveniently located to accessing all parts of the Denver/Aurora area including the Park, The mountains and the central business District; with easy access to the Airport.

Property was great but needed more thorough cleaning. Also if you require a minimum 3 night stay I suggest you accommodate 2 guests with sufficient linens and towels to use for the duration of the stay. Also handsoap was nearly empty upon arrival and what looked to be dried blood on the bathroom door...All indicative of someone rushing to clean . Last but not least this isnt the best place for peace and quiet we heard heavy footsteps each night and morning so there was no sleeping in although this was setup to be a mini vacation.

We found this property to be perfect for our daily explorations of the Denver area. It's just a short drive from the airport and provides all the utility of a secluded hotel with exclusive occupancy. Our few requests were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.
Mornings were spent on the patio, with a cup of coffee, watching the friendly squirrels forage along the fence-line. From there we ventured out to all points Denver via the near-by Parker Road, which serves as the local expressway. Evenings found us returning for a comfortable night's sleep.
We would definitely return for another stay. Thank you!
