Very friendly service, Room was pretty clean, dishes were in the dishwasher, shower was awful; difficult to regulate the water temp, variable water flow. The small coffee pot had 1 packet of caffeinated coffee, no creamer. When the room is left like this makes me wonder how it actually was cleaned. Showerheads carry bacteria etc and should be cleaned also. I have done this job and know it could be better.

The room we booked online was not available, which was annoying... but they were very apologetic & made it right by getting us adjoining rooms. Cleanliness was 7/10. Recycling options could be better labeled & more prevalent. Breakfast was pretty good 7.5/10. Pool only, no hot tub. Good location. Staff was friendly. Over all 8/10

Staff was excellent and accomodating..Breakfast selection was top notch..Rooms were clean and included all we needed..Only downside was water pressure and temp in the shower.

The front desk receptionist were all so kind, the hotel was nice, clean and the beds(futon) were super comfortable. The breakfast had great options and overall I would stay at this location again.

My family stayed here while on a road trip and enjoyed our time here. The room was a good amount of space for a family of 4. It was clean and updated. I would stay here again if in town.

We stayed a week for a softball tournament. We were pleased with the spaciousness of our room, but we had booked through Expedia, and the pictures did not match what the listing showed on the Expedia app. This was frustrating, but it was not the hotel’s fault. The front desk felt bad and still tried to make it right with us! It was nice to see good people running this hotel, they all were kind and helpful. The staff was awesome. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was clean and safe with lots of food choices, gas stations, target, movie theater, Nike outlet, and anything you might need while traveling, especially for sports. We’ll stay again when playing in Colorado!

Our stay was pleasant...loved the kitchenet and the beds were comfortable. The carpet was dirty and stained and it smelled like dog. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Great stay, great location, breakfast offers a lot of choices, new facility. Will definitely go back if I’m back in the area.

Unfortunately, this hotel needed a good cleaning throughout. Hallways, and stairs were covered and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Towel in bathroom was dirty on counter.

Its clean and the breakfast is solid. The only problem I had was that the street near the hotel is pretty noisy.

I found you can bring your dog. And there were so many things that made life on the road convenient. Such as the free laundry, the kitchenette and even a dishwasher. Wow.

A very good hotel. Our only problem was the sliding door to the bathroom. It was difficult for my wife to slide back and forth. The breakfast was very good and the staff was courteous.

Staff was friendly & very helpful

A very nice property - clean, newer and well managed. Had a bit of an issue early in the morning of the first night - not a problem with the property, but an issue with a guest directly above me. Management moved me into a different room and even moved my stuff while I was gone. They went above and beyond.

The staff was excellent and very friendly and accomadating, the location was great, the only thing I did not like was it is ALL pet friendly and I have bad allergies. I could not find anywhere that says it was ALL pet friendly. But they did let me vacuum my own room my way.

Location is good, staff/employees are helpful and professional. Cleanliness is major. Liked the layout of our room. Appreciate the items included in room like hand towel, paper towels, dishware and utensils in the kitchenette. Having the curtain between the bed and seating area was great for blocking out the lights from the a/c panel and other electronics.

The room was supper clean other than they just did the carpets and they were still wet and smelled.

Everything was great except the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, hard to sleep. Also good back out blinds, for late risers.

The room seemed clean when we first arrived until we went into the bedroom. There are huge stains in the carpet all around and under the bed. Then I went into the bathroom and noticed the pocket door latch and handle were about to fall off. We started to make the pullout couch for my kids and noticed there were only enough pillows for 2 people. My wife went down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. The front desk clerk said there were no more pillows without even checking, and there was no manager on duty until Monday morning. My wife e-mailed management and we have still not even received a response from them. The couch cushions were dirty enough that we didnt let the kids use those to sleep on and just used some towels. The hotel uses an automated text service to check on guests, and the next day asked what rating I would give them so far. I rated a 4 out of 10. Almost 2 hours later I received this "I'm very sorry to hear that! Unfortunately we are completely sold out for tonight so I would not be able to offer you a room switch. I can have someone bring up a few pillows for you though. Just let me know how many! -Guest Services" When we got back to the room there were 2 pillows waiting for us, so apparently the clerk the night before was just too lazy or didnt care about finding the pillows that we needed the night before. Probably not the hotels fault, but both nights we were there, there were kids screaming in the middle of the night from 2 different locations.

One of the best hotel chains for the price. The rooms are spacious and the small kitchen is really nice. We live on the road so it's nice to be able to make our own food. The gym is in good condition and the pool is nice.

We didn't request it, but we were put into a hearing assisted room (304) and it didn't have any shampoo dispensers in the shower. When I asked for some shampoo, they didn't have any so they gave me extra lotion and conditioner :\

Friendly helpful staff and the breakfast is above and beyond. Care is given to ensure everything is fresh. Very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel and staff

Property was in a convenient location with many extras within walking distance. Property management should pay attention to property details before the little things create bigger problems.

Stayed in a queen suite which was nice and had a door between the living room and bedroom (nice to have separation from our son on the pull-out couch bed). The bathroom had doors to both the living room and the bedroom which was nice but they were pocket doors and don't shut the whole way so there was a 1/4 inch gap into the bathroom from both of them and they were not too smooth so it was hard for our 7 year old to close them. The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable, usually I'm fine sleeping on just about anything but I didn't have great sleep for the week we were here. The breakfast was ok but not great, on par with most hotels especially since COVID. Overall I'm still a 4 of 5 stars because the price was good, the separation with the suite was the main thing we wanted and it was close proximity to everything we were doing.
