Location is great with near direct access to airport train and subway. Plus covers most of your shopping needs for tourists and many food and cafe options in the area. But it is a bustling and young vibe so not recommend if you want a more refined and quiet vibe.
Rooms are a bit tight and felt stuffy but we were able to get an air purifier from hotel which helped a bit.

The location was the greatest asset. The hotel is of the expected standard of a 3-4 star Western hotel so it is very comfortable without the frills. The room is not large but definitely meets needs. The launderette is also a boon; it is super convenient to just hop in there to wash and iron especially if you are staying over a number of days. The staff are efficient.
Breakfast comes with the room which is a good thing but there is a lack of variety, and they want you out quite soon after 9.30am when the buffet closes at Sunset Cloud where you have it. This matters if you plan to stay for more than a day or two. There is an interesting view, but the blinds are pulled down too low to enjoy it in the morning; not playing to its assets. Functional but good enough.

The location is amazing. Can’t beat it Breakfast was good. Housekeeping great. Clean. Great bathroom and toilet.
Our room was very small. We had two twins which was fine but barely any space around the beds. Only a small space for one suitcase otherwise no room at all for the second person. The elevator is very, very slow. For how often it is going up and down it takes a long time just to get out of the building.

I ended up booking this hotel in an emergency for two nights when I discovered multiple bugs (not bed bugs) in my previous hotel’s bed. My room was very spacious, well cleaned and great location for the airport railroad (which is amazing when dragging large suitcases.)
I thought the hotel was quite expensive for the price.
When checking-in at the front desk, I was told that there was construction going in nearby, so it may be noisy in the morning and evening. I don’t remember this being stated anywhere before booking, and feel as though they only tell you this after you’ve paid. I wasn’t personally affected by this though.
