Location, cleanliness, super host!

Everything met my expectations.

I paid nearly 120 euros a night for an apartment that turned out to be on the fourth floor with no elevator. The manager kindly contacted me to offer a privately owned apartment nearby—which did have an elevator—and I accepted. I cannot review the first apartment, as the only thing I know about it is that it lacked an elevator. I am reviewing the apartment I stayed in, although I believe the other one was worse. What I really liked was the location, close to Brussels' central square and the central station. I also appreciated the staff's helpfulness—providing different pillows and changing the bed linen at least once during my nine-night stay. The apartment is divided into three sections, and the kitchen had been refurbished; although I didn't use it, it looked good.

The nightly rate was by far the highest I’ve paid in Europe for a comparable apartment. The bed had horrible, small, limp pillows; I really struggled to sleep. The towels provided initially weren't properly clean. I reported this and asked for replacements. In my opinion, the bathroom needs a complete overhaul; it is quite old. The toilet brush needs replacing, as does the sink faucet, which sprays water everywhere when turned on. The tile grout is all dirty and black, and the area near the bathtub wasn't cleaned well—there was possibly some mold. It certainly doesn't look inviting to use. If I remember, I'll add the photos later on, if I can.

L’appartamento è in centro, vicino alla metro e a tutti i servizi.

Non c’è aria condizionata e purtroppo, non per colpa loro c’è confusione fino a tardi nella via, quindi è da tenerne conto.

Niente colazione.

Ci è stato cambiato l,'alloggio il giorno prima dell'arrivo. Mancanza di pulizia in generale, servizi igienici sporchi. Asciugamani limitati per 11 giorni. Abbiamo dovuto chiederne altri. Cucina carente di posateria. Abbiamo mandato le foto ad Olives per la vasca sporca e la muffa lungo le pareti della vasca.tra le piastrelle.
