I pasti cucinati in casa saranno un piacere da preparare nella cucina moderna e completamente attrezzata. Sul retro, un ponte tranquillo offre il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi per quel barbecue serale o un caffè mattutino, oppure è possibile rilassarsi accanto al camino in una notte d'inverno nevoso. Wi-fi e 3 TV a schermo piatto assicureranno il divertimento degli ospiti di tutte le età. Ci sono anche DVD, giochi da tavolo, mazze da golf e racchette da tennis. La casa è situata in un angolo, dandole viste boscose dalle sue numerose finestre. È difficile avvicinarsi a SHARC di così, a pochi minuti a piedi. Nice little house with all the amenities we needed. Short walk to the village. Very cozy! Only criticism is about the ice covering the walkway to the front door. It was pretty hazardous and I had to use a ski pole to keep from slipping. The ice should definitely be removed so no one gets hurt.

We had a very nice stay at Muskrat Lane 12. The home was just about the right size for 3-4 people, clean, relatively modern and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The online description does not state it, but there is one bedroom with a queen and a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds. The location is great. Just a few mins walk from the pools and Village. The only ding I will give is that it does not have a garage.

Great get away
We had a wonderful time, bike riding and swimming in the river. My husband also played golf and we did a float down the River! The only negative was the Rec center was closed because of a covid outbreak.

The rental was very comfortable and well-stocked, and Sunriver offers good dining and access to nature. I would stay here again or recommend it to others (so long as they were not mobility impaired).
CONS: The Wifi was fine, but the cable/TV could not find a signal in any of the 3 rooms that had a TV. The sign said to call Bendbroadband, but I did not want to spend vacation time on the phone with a cable company.
Also, the property lacked basic resources for the mobility impaired. Neither shower had grab bars, the entrance and deck stairs lacked railings, the shag carpeting was hard for someone with a cane to walk on, the glasses and dishes were largely inaccessible to shorter people, and the car parking area and path to the house were on rocky, uneven ground.

Perfect location for snow play for littles
We stayed here to give our kitties (2 & 3yr old) a chance to play in the snow. From the back door was a perfect area to play in the snow, with a small slope we used for sledding. A great experience!

Clean, quaint, excellent location!
When looking for a place to rent for our family, the number one thing I was looking for in the previous reviews was cleanliness, as obviously during the pandemic, that is very important! The house was very clean: new toiletries, new sponges, nothing in the fridge, very fresh towels and sheets, etc. A few other reviewers noted that it was dim/dark, but we felt like there were plenty of lights around the house to compensate. It definitely did not bother us! Beds were firm, yet comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance to SHARC and Village. We will definitely stay here again!!

We loved everything about this cozy cabin. It was very well stocked with everything our family of 4 needed and we loved the added touch of the fire logs and popcorn for us to enjoy. The location could not have been more ideal being just a half a mile to the SHARC and a half a mile to the village. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect, village properties were great to work with and very helpful. The condo was very dark, poor lighting. There must have been 14 lamps through but they didn’t help much. Otherwise it meet all our needs.

Muskrat Love
Muskrat Susie and Sam and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. As described, faithfully. Property management was flexible and responsive. We had a slow drain that was fixed within 60 minutes of notifying management. Impressive. Awesome location close to SHARC and Village.
