Beautiful property with excellent location! Stayed here to visit 3 of our adult children who have relocated to Colorado. The unit was well equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies to prepare home cooked meals. The furniture was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. The surrounding area had so many wonderful restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend this place!

Condo was exactly as described. Really great location - walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants and Whole Foods. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!!

The unit is spacious and a great place for a group of people to gather for family &/or business gatherings, which is what we did.

We stayed there to sightsee and cheer on our grandkids in softball tournament with my my family. Location was perfect and condo had everything we needed. Able to walk to plenty restaurants and stores. Holly and Kelly were very responsive. Will be back😍

Interesting accommodations - good to have bedrooms on separate floors. But limited choice of channels on TV; didn’t carry Preakness race or Premier League soccer. Also, volume of Main floor TV radiated to 2nd floor living area. Regulating heat takes some getting used to.

Holly made the check in process insanely easy and if I needed anything she made it clear to not hesitate to reach out. The property was very clean and perfect location.

The unit is a clean modern unit. A little strange bc the bedrooms have no doors, but ended up being fine. It ms very close to groceries, and lots of food options, Starbucks and a bunch of open space trails for waking. Under the unit on the ground floor is a real estate agency and the conversions can be heard clearly in the unit. It’s not a problem if you are out and about but if you are working in the unit it can be distracting. The unit is well stocked with appliances and dishes etc. Its BYOB for shower soaps, shampoos and conditioner.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable furniture...other than mattress in downstairs bedrooms need updating. Even better if replaced with a King size rather than a Queen. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils for impromptu cooking while there on a snowy day. Wonderful restaurants within waling distance.

This property worked perfectly for us. Located in a vibrant area with restaurants etc. Will stay here again.

An awesome spot in between Denver and Boulder. It has a lot of restaurants and stores near by. The views are fantastic as well. We had a great time staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Holly's property! The space is huge...not sure the pictures really do it justice. In addition, everything was very clean. The bedrooms do not have doors (Holly makes sure you are well aware and okay with before you book) - thought it might be a little weird but the bedrooms are on separate floors and spaced out well enough that it didn't seem to be an issue at all. I found the bed to be comfortable and, odd detail, we raved about the towels being huge and extremely soft. We never cooked-in but the kitchen appeared adequately stocked if you were to do so. The neighborhood area around the townhome was very nice and seemed extremely safe. There are multiple restaurants, liquor store, and various other shops within walking distance (block or two) or a short drive. It was also very centrally located for various excursions - we got up to Estes Park in about an hour; casinos in Black Hawk were about an hour drive; and it took us about 20-25 minutes to get to Mile High Stadium near downtown. I've seen it mentioned in other reviews - the main living room TV has an unusual remote. I wasn't there to watch TV so I didn't care at all, but if that is something you prioritize make sure you bring someone tech savvy (its really not that difficult, just something new to get used to). Can't attest to any of the other TVs... Finally - we found out a few random items were missing from the townhome when we arrived (i.e. washcloths, hair dryer). We let the property owners know and they were extremely apologetic and offered to reimburse us for us going and buying washcloths to use. So, excellent customer service and very easy/good communication with the property owners! I would happily stay here again and would recommend the property to anyone!

We had a great stay in Westminster. Many shops are walking distance. Rental was very spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, Lots of clean towels, washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay.

Very modern open spaces. Nice for meals or entertaining a few people. Split air conditioners have trouble keeping areas consistently cool in the summer. TVs are inadequate.

Very good location, lots of stairs, great views from balcony, need regular tv in bedroom, 1st floor bathroom is small, 1st floor bedroom needs more storage

We had a great stay in Westminster. Many shops are walking distance. Rental was very spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, Lots of clean towels, washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have utilized vacation rentals for several years and this listing was easily the most accurate one we've experienced. Holly's apartment was well stocked, clean, and very spacious - it had no problem holding our family of 6. When we return to the area we'll certainly be checking on availability again!
