the staff was great, as well as the rooms. the breakfast was ok, so so.
my only complaint was the artificial fragrance used in all the public areas. those "fragrances" are actually manufactured chemicals to imitate natural scents. they are harmful for health, as they are endocrine disruptors and have other detrimental health effects. not to mention, many people are allergic to these intense, low quality scents. i had a very hard time breathing clean air, like in the bathrooms downstairs and in all the hallways.

Comfortable rooms. Great pool and lovely pool side bar with friendly service. Very handy for the wonderful Plitvice national park.
Food quality is mixed. Try the Asian food on the menu - it is really great and much better than European options. Restaurant could benefit from some more ambience - too brightly lit! Drains in bathroom had terrible small in one of our rooms.

Nice, modern hotel in the middle of nowhere :)
Nothing, it was all very good and close to Plitvice NP, which is in the middle of nowhere.
