Una Casa "Come una Volta" con una bellissima originale atmosfera Veneziana

My friends really liked the apartment. It reminded him of the place he grew up in France. I loved that there was a grocery store right around the corner, less than a 5 mins walking distance walk. There was Gelato store & some cafes in the other direction of the apt and a short walk to the train station and the water buses.
We liked the clothes line outside our windows, which we utilized, like everyone else on our alley/street. It made us feel part of the neighborhood.
No air conditioning but not sure if it gets hot often enough to warrant it. Central air would be difficult to install.
Lots of stairs but once you haul your luggage up, then it’s fine.

Family home with everything we needed. Lucrezia was fantastic with communication and was extremely helpful. Great location for us, close to train station, bus station, vaporetto stop and Conad supermarket.
Only thing that may not suit some people is the two sets of stairs up to the apartment.

Steep stairs up the apt. Difficult with 6 baggage. Old apt which not very safe if there is fire. The stove uses burner. Hot weather, we have to open windows but there mosquitoes which bit when you are asleep. Had to throw garbage.....how do I know which boat to dispose and what time they come by. We are tourist and the area is foreign to us. It is all should be included in the rental.
