A villa for two or three families
La villetta si trova a 100mt dalla tranquilla spiaggia di Nisporto e gode di un panorama spendido sia sul mare che sulle montagne alle sue spalle.
La casa e’ composta di due appartamenti, completamente indipendenti e collegati dall’esterno. L’appartamento principale si trova al primo piano e il secondo e’ in parte semi-intererrato e, in parte al piano terreno.
La casa e’ ideale per grandi gruppi o per due famiglie e può ospitare fino a 12 persone (4 camere da letto matrimoniali e 3 divani letto)
L’appartamento superiore e’ composto di:
- 2 grandi camere matrimoniali
- una cucina/salotto con divano-letto
- 2 terrazze, di cui un solarium sul tetto
- un giardino che gira tutto attorno alla casa
- posti auto privati
L’appartamento al pian terreno, parzialmente semi-interrato, e’ composto di
- 2 grandi camere da letto matrimoniali (con finestre a bocca di lupo)
- una cucina salotto molto ampia con 2 divani letto da 120 cm
- piccolo giardino
- posti auto privati
Troverete tutti i comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina moderna, barbeque (nel giardino al primo piano),TV, WiFi.
La zona e' calma e rilassante. A 50mt si trova un alimentari/bazar per gli acquisti quotidiani aperto durante la stagione estiva.

The house is at 100mt from the beautiful beach `Nisporto' and you will be delighted by the panorama on the sea and the hills at the same time.
The house is independent, fully encircled by private garden/terraces and
composed of two fully independent apartments one at first floor and the other partially in the basement and partially at ground floor.
Ideal for large groups or two families, it can host up to 12 people (4 double bedrooms, 3 sofa/beds). It has 2 kitchens, two gardens, 2 terraces (one on the roof) and several parkings.
The apartment at first floor (main apartment) is composed of
- 2 large double bedrooms
- a large kitchen with a sofa/bed for two guetta
- two terraces where to eat and relaxing one of which on the roof
- garden all around the house, with barbeque
- private car parking
The apartment in the basement/ground floor is composed of
- 2 large double bedrooms with an egress well window
- a large kitchen with two sofa-beds (120 cm)
- small garden
- private car parking
In both the apartments, you will find all possible comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, modern kitchen, barbeque (in the garden at first floor), TV, WiFi.
The two apartments are completely independent and connected by an outside stair.
Pets are welcome.
The house is in a beatitiful, untouched and relaxing part of isola d'Elba. At 50mt you find a small shop where to buy day to day things (bread, coffee if you are italian, ... ; -) ) open during the summer, a bar and a restaurant.

We came to Elba for the first time and stayed in Cesares house in Nisporto. We were 2 families with 3 kids each between 2,5 and 8 years old and the house was just perfect. Since it is 2 separate flats we had privacy but shared the upper kitchen and the terrace as common living space. The flat downstairs was only for sleeping, it is little less cosy but perfectly fine too. There is plenty of space, a big terrace, a barbecue and a garden. Its a 4 minute walk to the beach, which is very nice and not too crowded. The kids enjoyed snorkeling for hours.
The house is clean, the rooms are big and the kitchens are sufficiently furnished with big fridges. Communicating with Cesare was easy from the beginning and we had all the information we needed upon arrival. Other nice beaches in the area are within a 20 minute drive, as is the bigger supermarket COOP too. A small store with daily fresh bread is 2 minutes to walk.
We could have stayed longer, it was relaxing and perfect for our needs. Maybe it would be worth fixing the aircondition downstairs, as it was very hot in august. Otherwise it was perfect. Thank you very much! I hope we can come back soon!
