The location was great for access to the city, whether driving or walking. The views of the river were beautiful, considering we were near the centre of the city.

The apartment is in a great location, just outside the city centre and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it easy to prepare our own meals. We also appreciated the coffee and tea facilities with complimentary biscuits, and it was a thoughtful touch that washing machine pods were provided.
The sofa was not very comfortable, and we found the beds less comfortable than expected. One mattress was quite firm, while the other was too soft and we could feel the springs. The apartment is also quite noisy due to the nearby railway line and the busy road at the front. With the windows open, the traffic and trains were clearly audible, especially in the evening and at night.

Great location, easy access. Perfect communications. Clean, functional apartment with all the basics needed for a 3 night stay. It was exceptionally cold for June so I was pleased that the heating was triggered.
Fresh milk & a packet of biscuits would have added to the welcome- it is a 15 minute walk to nearest convenience store. Had there been 3 or 4 of us, the crockery was just adequate and lacked teapot lid & milk jug!! ( I'm old!)

Location
Bedroom wardrobes were roomy.
Shower good.
Immediately I arrived in bedroom with blue curtains- as I walked around the bottom of the bed the black metal was protruding and caught my trousers which resulted in a tear in my cotton trousers which now need to be repaired. This could potentially create a huge safety risk especially for a young child.
Could not find a toaster.
Not able to turn on ceiling lights above cupboards above kitchen units , therefore kitchen dark.
Pillows poor quality.
Mat on kitchen floor appeared unclean.
Sink in bathroom cracked

"Excellent apartment, with a great view over the river, Union square is only a 10min walk and city centre 15mm, added bonus is the allocated parking at the flat.
Right from the start there was good co..."
