Excellent location, lovely neighborhood, very walkable to nearby pier, shops and restaurants, everything you need is very close. The property is small and is one unit/apartment with a total of 12 units, but there was only two of us. There was a unit above us and you can hear all the footsteps and banging. We couldn't hear voices. There is only one shower in the main bathroom. The master bath is only a sink and toilet. It was fine for us as there was only two of us. It is something to consider if you have more people. The bed was comfortable. The property felt very clean. The patio for our unit was small but cute. Not all units look like they have a patio for the unit but there is a common space for all the units. The furniture on the common patio wasn't very clean. There was a designated parking space. Overall good experience.

We liked that it was extremely modern and clean. It is also close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Having its own parking was also a plus as we were there during the Pismo Car show, where there is never any parking. We ran into the cleaning crew a couple of times and they were extremely nice as well. Melinda was very quick in responding to any questions we may have had. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and responsive communication from the host. Perfect place to stay while visiting Cal Poly — close proximity to the school and giving us easy access to Pismo Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and less than 5 minutes, just down the street a few blocks. Lots of eating options close by. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and we appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely book here again.

I loved this house so much. My friends and I stayed for my birthday weekend and we felt so comfortable at home. Perfect location to walk around pismo. The host was very sweet as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again, and I definitely recommend you to also!
