Ubicato in Montopolis, questo delizioso casa a 644 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Una nuova proprietà che ho appena acquistato e che iniziano a ospitare il 7 maggio 2017 per la prima volta. Si trova in posizione centrale tra Austin International Airport e Austin Downtown. Sono particolarmente a mio agio il noleggio a lungo termine e io rinuncio fino al 40% di sconto. Il vialetto è particolarmente lungo così c'è molto spazio per il parcheggio. 2 garage auto e il vialetto comodo consente 4 auto o camion per essere parco. Minuti dal centro quindi ci sarà un sacco di rideshare intorno a prendere dove vuoi andare. Uber e Lyft tornano a Austin all'inizio del giugno 2017. C'è un moonwalk 13 ft x 11 ft x 8 ft per l'uso. È facile da configurare.
4. 2 miglia dal centro di Austin. 6th Street, Texas State Capitol, Bob Bullock History Museum, University of Texas Longhorn Stadium, Zilker Park per l'ACL Festival, Barton Springs Pool e molto altro!

Our family came down to Austin for my brother’s wedding. Found this rental and I’m so glad we did. The space met our needs perfectly and was a close, easy commute to everywhere we needed. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep as well as gather together in between times. The backyard activities and pool were the perfect touch for keeping my kids entertained and busy before and after wedding events.
Host was quick to respond when I had questions and was very accommodating when asked if we could check in a little early and out a little late.
If we back in the area again, and need a rental for our group, I won’t hesitate to check this one’s availability! Would recommend.

We had a very nice stay here. The beds were great. The owners were very responsive to any communications. Would definitely recommend for anyone and will look to stay here the next time I am in a group!

The host was very easy to communicate with and he kindly let me check-in early as I had an early flight. The property is actually much nicer than the photos portray as the furnishings have been updated. However, caution that the bunk beds shown in the photos have been removed and it is now 2 double beds and a trundle.
This place was the perfect home for a bachelorette party and I can tell several other girls in the past have felt the same based on the many treasures that the house holds (cowgirl hats, straws, floaties, straw hats etc.). We had some issues with the spa/hot tub, but other than that we would definitely stay again.
P.S. There is a friendly neighbor kitty that may just make his way into the house :)

Alan's property was great for a bachelorette group. The house was newly renovated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The location was perfect - most of the fun parts of Austin were a 10-20 minute uber ride away, and the airport was super close which made travel easier. The beds were SO comfortable, which was awesome! There is a shopping center close by for groceries and other supplies which was great. I would recommend this to any friends looking for a place to stay in Austin with a group!

Overall Good
We were super excited about this house. There were a lot of great things like the pool, the space, airport being close, etc. The one thing that really bummed us out was the fact that there was not a room with the two bunk beds as pictured so instead of four beds there were two - one which was a trundle that pulled out. This caused some issues with our group as not everyone had a bed to sleep in and it caused some drama just fighting over who gets to sleep in a bed. In a case like this - I would suggest air mattresses or different room configurations. Otherwise - it was a great stay. It was nice that there were small things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc.

The house is beautiful and thought it was better in person than what the pictures showed. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook dinner with and it was about a 15 minute uber to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and didn't have any issues with communicating with the host.

The house itself was nice. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t horrible either. Owner was very helpful tho and always willing to help with anything.

Family Christmas home away
The property was exactly what we needed for 3 families to share during our Christmas in Austin! The open concept downstairs was perfect for cooking, eating and visiting. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house was well stocked with just about anything you could need.

Would highly recommend!
I stayed at this property with 10 of my friends for my bachelorette party. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures are accurate. It is 6 minutes away from the airport and you can get to downtown Austin in 15 minutes. There is a grocery store about 7 minutes down the road and a liquor store near it. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this place!

A Week in Austin
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alan's home. It was clean and had a lot of nice amenities. Also, not too far from downtown Austin.

Perfect for our Bachelorette Weekend!
This place was a great find for our 12 person bachelorette party! Everyone had a comfortable place to crash each night. The kitchen had all the basic supplies you would need to cook. Location was close enough for 15 minute uber downtown. And the host was incredibly responsive and generous for accommodating our requests.
