Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud

Located in jungle - very tradtitional Balinese vibe with all the trimmings - yoga, healing stuff etc Greatvfiliod. Also got upgraded to a villa and this really works if you are a couple I would say 😉

It’s a bit out of town but you can’t have everything

We had a very pleasant stay at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud. The staff were extremely kind, attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We had mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and they kindly arranged a beautiful decoration in our room, which was a lovely touch. ❤️ The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The only downside was a quite strong smell of humidity in our first room, which unfortunately led us to request a room change. However, the staff were very understanding and handled the situation very professionally and quickly. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of à la carte choices. If breakfast is included in your stay, you can choose up to 4 items from the menu, which is really appreciated. The location is also convenient, not too far from Ubud centre. The hotel provides 3 shuttle services per day to the centre, which makes getting around much easier.

The area is spacious and beautiful. Peaceful, serene and the staff were amazing. The incense making at the resort (yes it cost extra) was probably the highlight of Bali.

They had a staff party on one of the nights we were there, it was very very loud and went to just after 11pm. This is not party Bali, they did apologise and give us a free afternoon tea the following day. Still, it made for a tiring night.

la cosa che mi è piaciuta è la vicinanza al centro

non mi è piaciuta la pulizia c'è davvero molto da migliorare, lo staff seppur gentile era un po petulante non è normale essere disturbati durante la colazione 10 volte per chiedere se va tutto bene, e mille altre cose. la navetta non è possibile che l'ultimo orario sia alle 18.30 troppo presto. nella stanza c'era inoltre odore di umido. a mio avviso non vale i soldi che chiedono
