Lawangkala Resort Ubud

Wonderful place! If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a relaxing stay, this is definitely the perfect place for it. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and helpful. We would absolutely love to come back here again!

The dinner menu could have offered more variety.

The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. Their kindness and hospitality went far beyond our expectations. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We were almost overwhelmed by how well they treated us! They even surprised us with a beautiful honeymoon welcome decoration in our room, completely free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The room itself was lovely, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was also good, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were with our dietary requirements, replacing the pork with halal meat upon request. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the staff truly made it unforgettable.

The only minor issue was that the hot water didn't last very long. However, when we checked out, the staff explained that they could have extended the water heater's timer if we had informed them earlier. We simply hadn't thought to ask, assuming nothing could be done about it! A small tip for future guests: if you experience the same issue, just let the staff know. They are more than happy to help. Other than that, we had absolutely no complaints.

The staff were very friendly. The food was lovely. It was a beautiful location, very clean and tidy we loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lawangkala. We travelled as two young couples and had a wonderful time here. The hotel is very beautiful and has several great pools. The spa was also excellent. We especially enjoyed the evening massage outdoors while listening to the sounds of nature. It was a very relaxing and special experience. The rooms are huge, spacious and comfortable. Everything looks new, and the furniture is of excellent quality. The rooms also have beautiful panoramic views. We really enjoyed the sunsets, sunrises and peaceful sounds of nature. A special thank you for the amazing bathroom. The shower is large and comfortable, and all the facilities are modern and new. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist us. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. You need a car or scooter to get to the busy centre of Ubud, but we actually liked this. You can relax surrounded by nature, while the hotel is still not far from the centre. We are very happy with our stay. If we come back to Ubud, we will definitely stay at Lawangkala again. Thank you for everything!
