Location and Facility

Despite the young years of the facility and building, the room already has heavy wear and tear and there are acute deficiencies in room 215/16th floor. The bed is inferior, not good enough for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning is also too loud.

Loveddd the beach vibe of the rooms, I chose this hotel for the homey feeling I would get - and I certainly did! The room was very presentable, and had some lovely features about it; mirrors, vanity’s, furniture etc - it was all very well thought out! The pool just topped the experience off for me. It’s right on the doorstep of the beach and is such a nice & relaxing space to be in. Just a very short walking distance to the nearest 7/11 and family mart, and a short distance to some lovely cafes and restaurants, and easy access to transport to markets and into Pattaya City!

I stayed in the residence - and asked about breakfast at the deck, but was told that I can’t eat there. I would’ve love to have been able to try the menu there as it looked very clean and like a very high star menu. Personally, just a few small things - I would have loved to have more bin bags, and toilet paper for my 9 day stay, and didn’t have hand soap. There are a few small spots around the room that needed a bit of a deeper clean - the grout at the bottom of the showers, the cup for the toothbrush and the balcony flooring. I would have liked to have someone there on arrival to help with check in, rather than it being done through messages. Otherwise all in all it was very clean and homey feeling!

The room was good as it comfortably accommodated my wife, my newborn baby, and my mother-in-law in separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very close to Jomtien beach and also a close drive to Glasshouse Restaurant.

The lifts were very crowded with weekend tourists and often wet from swimmers who did not bother to dry themselves. We had to wait for up to 4-5 lift arrivals to get a space in the lift on Saturday. The buffet breakfast in the hotel was very crowded and a bit overpriced

The hosts were very responsive to any questions or problems

Swimming pool is a little tired and the shared main pool is very nice but not enough sunbeams or shade

they had no housekeeping. we stayed a week and had to pay them 700 baht to get them to clean it one time.

There are many insects in the room. Many cockroach around the room especaliy under sofa..super unhygienic. My friends really scared of this. There is water flood into the second bedroom when you use shower of bathroom in the main bedroom. No any help from staff and any refund. They just said sorry. I'm no recommend anyone for this place.

No soap, shampoo, other amenities or garbage collection. Location is far away.
