Clean and great staff, good size parking spaces
Vegan breakfast was all fried this time and hence we stopped going for breakfast especially when I asked about baked beans and the waitress came back a bit shocked to be told they might have meat juices in them. Another thing is the linen cupboards are near the breakfast kitchen that this time was on the lower floor, hence sharing food smells with the bedding and towels.

Beautiful and quiet setting. Everywhere in the hotel was very spacious. Rooms were a good size. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast quality and choice was amazing.
The swimming pool was too cold which made it unusable for our 3 year old and adults alike. Other guests agreed with us although staff disputed it was too cold.
There seemed to be a lack of restaurant staff which meant only one was opened at a time. Had understood when booking that there would be one with more casual dining. Room service didn't start until 9.00pm and then was only sandwiches. The only restaurant was fully booked early evening and we ended up having to go out to a Mc Donald's to feed the young one in time for bed.

Size of room.
Would have liked more light over breakfast buffet, gloomy at present. Think selection of breads could have been more extensive. Sausages were very dry.
