Great location, quiet property, nice and clean. Only complaint is that one of the rooms did not cool down with the air conditioning and water pressure, in the showers, was very low.

We were so thankful to have found this property last minute because we were invited to a family 4th of July party. It is so nice to be able to stay in a multiple bedroom place instead of getting my daughter her own hotel room. The place was quiet, really nice and perfect for the weekend.

I was in town for one night (I was attending a funeral). The spot was 5-10 minutes from everything and everywhere I needed to be. The spot was spacious and comfortable. Also it was pretty quiet.

Loved the apartment and the location. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and stores. Within driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Place was very cute and clean. A plus was your own designated parking space!

I am very disappointed I have to write this review. My husband and I and another couple rented this condo for a weekend trip to KC. Finding the condo and accessing it (getting in) was easy. We found when we got to the condo there was no iron or ironing board so I texted owner and, after several texts, their cleaning lady brought an iron and ironing board. Late in the evening we were getting ready for bed and it had started raining. I went into the kitchen to get a glass and stepped in a large puddle of water. There was rain water coming in from the back door (we really don’t know where it was coming from). I immediately texted the owner and heard nothing back. I called and left a voicemail. No reply from owner. My friends found another phone number to call so I called that number. The owner answered that number and kept saying he couldn’t hear me as I started describing the floor flooding. After a few more minutes of this, he finally could hear me and said to just wipe up the water with towels. Of course we did but my husband and friends and I really didn’t spend over $1,000 to wipe up flood water and deal with a mess. Owner did not seem concerned about the floor nor understand why we were upset. When asked if one night’s refund would be given, the owner replied only if we left the condo for the night. It was past 10:30PM, we had nothing else lined up so we just had to deal with the mess and not receive a refund. Owner was upset with us for calling and called us “a pain in the butt” referring to requesting an iron and ironing board earlier and reporting of the flooding. Owner had cleaning ladies come the next morning (so kitchen floor was sopping and squishy wet when you walked on it all night). The very nice and apologetic cleaning ladies brought a dehumidifier and extra, clean towels for us. They also located a fan to constantly blow on the floor which I understood but was unpleasant for us and made the condo chilly. I started a complaint case withh VRBO and feel that will go nowhere and is another long and disappointing story. I cannot recommend this condo nor the owner at all.

When we arrived, housekeeping have not been by but the owners were so apologetic and immediately fixed the situation, Making everything perfect while we enjoyed dinner. We actually were able to enjoy the outside patio during our stay-such a cool area. It’s such a convenient location with plenty of space-we will definitely book here again!

Needed a place in KC for a family of 6 and didn't want to be in a cramped hotel room. I booked it because it was cheap and looked ok. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. It's roomy, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and well equipped with literally everything we needed. The owner was also quick to respond to my emails. I'd highly recommend it.

Owner moved us to another unit in the same complex which had mold growing in closet and cockroaches in faucets and kitchen. The pictures in the listing must have been from when they were newly renovated, but they have not been maintained and are dirty and in disrepair. The owner was quick to respond, but unapologetic and refused to acknowledge the issues or refund any of our money.

The layout was a little odd as the master bedroom suite actually has the two double beds, and the room with a single bed is right off the main hall where there was little privacy. The assigned parking space was not a full-size space, so parking was a bit of a challenge.

Overall this place was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice oh, it's better in person. The only downside is the parking is on a very steep hill and my parents had a difficult time, getting out of the car.

I rarely give bad reviews and try to work out issues with the providers; unfortunately, I do not have much choice with this property. The check in process and initial communication was good. We checked in Thursday evening and I immediately let the owner know that there were 5 of us staying in the property but only a few hangers – only two really – the others were for baby or toddler clothing. The owner replied immediately that he would provide hangers the following day. I also provided feedback that there was something gross on the carpet – likely toothpaste, and that the master bed lamp was not working. After my initial email, I heard nothing. No hangers were ever delivered, and no response to any further messages. We made sure the follow the checkout procedures and left the property in great shape but I still have not received the deposit money. Again, I sent a follow-up email, and again, no response. Additional feedback... the bedrooms could use new mattresses as they seem very worn.

Last minute stay for one night. Location is very convenient to Country Club Plaza but property is not clean. Carpet was very dirty and stained. Light switches, walls, baseboards.....GROSS!!! The building is very old which is fine but unit is in need a very good deep clean. Owners are very responsive and had a nice touch of coffee pods. Not the fault of the owners but upstairs tenants were very loud most of the night and we didn’t get much sleep. Lighting in room with two beds and bathroom is horrible even with shades open. Overall we had a very short stay but wouldn’t return only due to cleanliness of property. I’ve spent a lot of time in KC and know there are better places in the area. Keep looking if you want a clean place.
