Marvellous uncrowded swimming pool that I enjoyed every day.
Patient, helpful staff who answered my questions and solved all my little problems.
Next to pier with constant activity, things to see, boats moving, people fishing or doing tai chi in morning.
Pictographs on wall showing way to eg reception or weight training room are hard to interpret.
No fruit on breakfast menu.

The ocean view was amazing, i like the lighting in the room and spacious layout. The kitchen and dining area, sitting area overseeing the ocean view were great.
Cleanliness of the room, there's still balloon left under the bed carpet, floors are little dusty and not sure why. the marble floor edge has a corner that is chip might be a potential danger hazard for young children.

The bathroom could have smelled better.

The room finishes are starting to look tired and worn. The price difference with the WM Hotel is very little and the quality of the rooms at WM are significantly better.
Either better room rates or start refurbishing the rooms. Better clarification on Booking.com as to the facilities.
