The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee and shower gel which was brilliant because I forgot mine. Very relaxing. Staff were fantastic.

Would have liked a cooked breakfast option and car parking facilities.

Check in was quite slow. Could do with better coffee in the rooms eg Nespresso. Quite expensive although Bath is expensive. Paid extra for a window - turned out to be completely opaque except for a couple of inches at the top.

parking is not so convenient but then again this is Bath and you need to compromise if you want a central location

Amazing quality for such a central location and low price. All of the staff were terrific, from start to finish. Professional, attentive, friendly and kind. Really impressed by everything about this hotel. The room was great, no window doesn’t matter at all for a short stay. TV was ace, bed comfy, shower top class. No noise from other rooms or the corridor. Reception area was nice and we had a great cup of coffee. Will definitely be back. The staff though are what makes it special, huge shout out to everyone who was working there during our stay. Thank you!

Rooms feel a bit cramped and the toilet/shower room doesn't give you complete privacy to the bedroom. It's a shame there isn't a deal between the hotel and a local car park to make parking easier and cheaper.

Room was windowless

The location is exceptional. The staff is always willing to help. The premises where in excellent condition. My mom and I stayed for 2 nights, it was peaceful, and we felt in love with the room distribution. It didn’t have a window and this made our sleep surprisingly comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel.

some spots in the room where a bit dusty, the daily cleaning could be better. One small detail, the pillow cases in the bed where the other way around. We weren’t allow to use the microwave to heat up our food, that will be really helpful for us. Besides that, we love the experience in general.

smart TV wouldnt work - syncing with phone didn't work - nor to the channel four player and stuff like that. Only regular TV worked.

Location is perfect for the theatre and tourist attractions. Room was small but perfectly comfortable.

I was asked for photo ID! I've never been asked for that in my own country before. I didn't have any (and some people don't: if you don't drive or have an old style licence and don't go abroad, you wouldn't have any). I asked the guy if he wanted me to leave and he reluctantly allowed me to stay!

room wasn’t particularly clean, marks on towels, rubbish lying around room, shower not clean. stayed for 2 nights and no one came into the room to take rubbish away and restock water and coffee etc.
