A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, questa casa dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni in una piccola comunità recintata dalla Marina di Rincón. La casa ha un generatore di corrente, quindi non sarai mai senza elettricità. Puoi passeggiare sulla spiaggia in alcuni dei migliori spot di surf di Rincon (passi e maria), nonché ottimi ristoranti, bar e attività per famiglie. Di notte sentirai le onde che si infrangono dal balcone al piano superiore. Gli ospiti di ogni provenienza sono i benvenuti, ideali per famiglie, coppie, viaggiatori d'affari e piccoli gruppi. Massimo 5 persone, compresi i bambini di tutte le età (la casa ha un sacco di giochi in modo che anche i bambini possano divertirsi con Rincón).

Lovely property that has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to make guests comfortable. Would recommend to others without hesitation. The only recommendation is a thorough cleaning of the washer and dryer and a way to make certain the washer stays open between uses to discourage mold. Beach is beautiful and easy to get to. Would absolutely return.

Juan was a great host. He supplied us with directions, house rules and checkout rules before we even left for Puerto Rico. He also gave us recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores that were very helpful. Once we got there we had an issue with the plumbing. We notified Juan and he had a plumber come help us in 40 minutes. He was very responsive at all times.The condo was a good choice for us. It had a good location with a great view of the beach. It was very clean with a well-equpped kitchen, although there is no dishwasher. There was a handbook available for the area that also had instructions and recommendations.We did have an issue with the plumbing. There was little water pressure at the kitchen sink, the master bathroom had no hot water at the sink, the showerheads were not adjustable, and shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold and back frequently. The plumber changed the water filter and cleared out the kitchen sink filter but the weak pressure came back within a day. He couldn't do anything about the showers.Overall, a wonderful stay. We hope to get Juan as a host again!
