Questa casa unica si trova su una strada privata sul North Sunken Meadow con vista sulla baia di Cape Cod. Due dei tre ponti si affacciano sulla bellezza naturale di Salt Marsh e Tidal Creek. Sul ponte principale c'è una tenda a scomparsa e grill a gas incorporato. All'esterno c'è una zona patio in mattoni personalizzati con amaca e zona pranzo. Goditi i tramonti spettacolari. Questa casa comprende una camera da letto principale con un camino a gas. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli. Entrambe le camere da letto al 2 ° livello offrono una vista panoramica su Audubon Lands e sull'Isola di Cape Cod Bay a Billingsgate. C'è un bagno completo con cabina doccia al 2 ° livello. Il livello principale ha un ampio soggiorno con camino, bagno completo, cucina e sala da pranzo. Fuori dalla loro cucina è una veranda dove si può godere ascoltando musica o leggendo un buon libro. This was a family vacation - with our 2 adult children - and it worked out perfectly. The house is modern, clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The views are awesome out onto the marsh with the bay in the distance. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck enjoying the scenery and the fresh air. The location is great, not too busy in that area. I would look to rent again next time we do a Cape vacation.

We kayaked feet from out deck every day exploring the marshes, the "bench" at the Wellfleet Audubon or over to Lt. Island. We couldn't get enough of the Great Blue Heron, Snowy Egret, Little Egret, Great Egret, Great Cormorant or the Belted Kingfisher diving down in front of us to scoop up its meal!
Sitting on the deck first thing in the morning listening to the Song Sparrow, Prairie Warbler, Black-capped Chickadee, Baltimore Oriole, Northern Cardinal, Redwing Blackbird and of course plenty of Willet's was so relaxing and the Sunset's are AMAZING...great bookends to your day.
Every beach is close from Ocean side beaches for body surfing of Head of the Meadow or Balston beach, to the bayside tidal beaches of Skaket Beach and First Encounter which also has a tidal river.
Wonderful excursions worth doing 10-30 mins from the house is the Marconi Beach walk, the Dune Walk in Truro, visiting the Wellfleet Audubon, biking on the RacePoint biking trails, bopping into Provincetown to walk on the Causeway, visit the Provincetown Museum and Pilgrim Monument or a small hike at Fort Hill right in Eastham!
Michelle the owner is very sweet and immediately answer any questions that you have - this house is really a gem! This is our third year at this house and we just love every minute we are there!
