The host went above and beyond to help us understand the local transit and how to get around to the sights we wanted to see. They partner with the city to get a tourist pass as part of the city tax, which gets free use of public transit and other amenities in town

Just what we wished for. Our own Heidi house in the mountains, with a stream of water underneath you window. Lovely wooden finishes. Very good service. Very close to Ortisei where we experienced the magic of Seceda, all the wood work, beautiful galleries and wonderful food.

Very clean and newly renovated room. I loved to hear the sound of the river through the windows.
I wish there were screens on the windows so we could have left the windows open at night.
We were further from the Ortesei town than I imagined so we had to rely on buses which was stressful. We ended up waiting for a bus for an hour because our bus went past our stop even though we requested it.
Also, we weren't told how to get the bus pass until we had already paid for bus tickets the first day.
