Location was great, staff were very helpful and friendly and the bed was very comfortable.
We had a front room, and found it a bit warm overnight, opening the window for air was very noisy with cars passing on the cobbled street. It's very quiet with the window closed, so maybe option of a room fan would be good 😊

We'd pre booked the restaurant where the service was good and the food very good.
Breakfast was also very good with good choices and service.
Very good location with free parking either on the street or in the car park behind the hotel.
The room was clean but a bit tired and badly in need of refurbishment. The wash basin was cracked, but the shower was perfectly OK. The towels were very thin, but OK, and the little bottle of shower gel not really enough for two people having a shower each.

The hotel was in the town centre and we were able to park on the road outside. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
Our room was above the restaurant and we could hear scraping of chairs, talking and the noises from the restaurant were quite intense.

Excellent location and parking available. The male in reception when we arrived was great and the lady at breakfast was fabulous and very welcoming and helpful.
No coffee making facilities. This would have been great even at an additional cost.
