Nice location. Room small but to be expected for Japan.
However I really struggled with somewhere to put my suitcase. The room reminded me of a stateroom on a cruise ship just smaller.. But it was sufficient for me being a solo traveller.
Staff were a bit robotic which almost feels a bit unfriendly. Perhaps it's a culture thing. The breakfast was not good at all! Trays like prison trays! Latte machine that made poor coffee and the selection was just strange. I would have preferred to go to a nice Cafe instead.
It was pretty clean but no house keeping unless you stay more than 4 days.. I have been to 39 countries and never experienced this before.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good room, good amenities & close to everything. They had a great breakfast
minor issue, but they had no onsite laundry. There was one a short distance away though.

The hotel was right next to the river in a very pretty part of town. It was an easy walk to the main train station with lots of little eating spots around and a short walk to the main part of Hiroshima. The hotel was very comfortable and the twin room size was perfect for two adults (my sister and I were travelling together). We booked breakfast which was in a lovely spot with great views out. We walked everywhere from the hotel.
Nothing - the hotel was great. We stayed for 2 nights - I wish we had stayed longer to both explore Hiroshima a little more and to enjoy the hotel

The location is within 10 minute walk from Hiroshima Station. Our room had a magnificient view, with a water front view and on the 10 floor. This room was larger than our room in Kyoto and was quite comfortable for our family of 3. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was very good and had a lot of selections.
The beds were very hard and room is a bit outdated.
