Tolles grosses Zimmer. Lage direkt am Shinkansen Bahnhof daher super Anbindung. Tolles Frühstück.

The location for shin Hiroshima was terrific. The hotel was very bright and comfortable and staff overall friendly.
Breakfast was standard hotel far but lacked some of the flare of traditional Japanese breakfasts experienced whilst in Japan for the last four weeks.
We stayed just one night purely for the convenience of heading to the train station the next morning with ease. Cookie cutter Sheraton hotel that services the needs of tourists exiting and entering Hiroshima.
I personally found the value for money was overpriced for what you received. 2 x English breakfast teas from the lobby cafe was 1900 JPY Somewhat inflated prices for the item I believed.
The charging house guests to use the hotel pool at 1600 JPY per guests was just outrageous and I have never experienced this in any hotel or booked accommodation anywhere I have stayed around the world. It surprised me that a high valued branded hotel such as the Sheraton has to find an additional revenue stream from guests by charging to use a standard facility that are part of your tariff in all major hotel chains.

Great location, Huge room, nice and very spacious bed. Felt very luxurious. Breakfast was amazing though we had to wait for our breakfast table.
The check in was terrible, long wait and staff seemed very stressed trying to do everything in a very nice way, you can tell that they need more help at the time of check inn and out.

Very close to Hiroshima station. Lots of shops near by. Family Mart right next door. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are wonderful. Nice view of the city. Beautiful bar and resWould not stay anywhere else.

Best thing about this hotel is that you're just outside the shinkansen station, and I love this old part of Hiroshima. You're right in the middle of the REAL, untouristy city, and the street cars are abundant to take you where you want to go (also taxis of course.) The lobby is small but there is a nice seating area and they don't pressure you to order anything.
The restaurant was not very good, neither the service nor the food. I wish we didn't waste the time and money eating in the hotel. The room was a bit small, and the restroom has zero privacy-- you feel very exposed using it! Just be ready for that! Service-wise, they felt too busy and didn't take time to make sure we were taken care of. Any request was met with a scowl and I speak Japanese so I could hear what they were saying to each other when I asked for some help. The woman checking us in did not make us feel welcomed and in fact, seemed in a rush.

Location and size of room was amazing and staff were very helpful and kind. Amenities were okay in the room. Beds were comfortably firm and there was a pillow menu.
Room was not clean, hair from previous occupancy was in the bathtub. And the shower/bath area had a moldy smell that was off-putting. The room was very warm and the thermostat only went to 18. Complementary Bath salts smell like old man cologne haha

What a beautiful hotel. Located right on the station it was the perfect start to our short but sweet stay in Hiroshima. It was the only time in our 3 week trip that we booked into a luxury, Western style hotel but it was really nice to do that for one night (especially after an emotional afternoon at the A-Bomb Dome, Peace Park and museum). A really, really nice hotel with beautiful facilities and wonderful staff.

Central location, right next to station with easy access to trains to Miyajimaguchi for ferry to Miyajima Island, as well as elsewhere. Loop bus for all important museums/peace memorial park.

Luxury stay at its finest! After 3 weeks of touring North to South of Japan, our stay at Sheraton provided the needed comfort and relaxation. We had full body massage, spa, sauna and swimming on their indoor heated pool. The stay made our Japan trip more memorable! Their breakfast is the best and above all their staff did above and beyond service!!!

Location : next to Shinkansen station very convenient. At the station there is 3 bus services to bring you to the local attractions covered by your JR pass which is very convenient. A lot of eateries around this location making it so convenient.
Breakfast on Sunday is crazy. Super long Q and I know staff trying their best but food replenishment is also slow.

Location was terrific and service was good. Rooms were large and beds were super comfortable.
Some of the room equipment was outdated. The clock radio supported charging and Apple iPod first generation!

Didn't eat breakfast, there were so many places nearby room was huge and very nice . Hotel is practically in the train station. Room very quiet except the air con was a little noisy
Hated the bathroom absolutely no privacy. The separate toilet is an opaque glass door which has a large gap round it even when closed, which means you can every single sound from person using it also the position of the bathroom area which is all glass means you disturb the other person with lights not a good set up but a beautiful hotel and room

The location was good for coming in by train with out luggage and for a day trip to Miyajima. The room service was great.
