SUNSETTER, è a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Avila Beach. Il condominio si trova in è una delle migliori posizioni gated community - Ocean 17. Entrando nella casa, al livello della strada, c'è una grande suite jr (letto matrimoniale + doppia / poltrona letto) con camino, TV, cabina armadio e bagno privato. Anche a livello della strada è il garage per 2 auto e il centro lavanderia full size. Su una rampa di scale è la zona giorno principale con camino, cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici Viking in acciaio inox, bar per la colazione e master suite.
Dalla cucina è panoramica vista sulle montagne con balcone. Il balcone anteriore ha un barbecue propano e posti a sedere per 2. Il balcone anteriore si trova fuori dalla cucina, rendendolo comodo per la preparazione e il servizio dei pasti. Appena fuori dal soggiorno è un altro balcone con una scala a chiocciola che conduce a una spaziosa terrazza panoramica con vista sulle montagne e vista sull'oceano. Il tetto è perfetto per rilassarsi o intrattenersi. Il centro barbecue ha un mini frigorifero incorporato, barbecue a gas.
SUNSETTER è un'unità d'angolo nel complesso, una volta che l'unità privata del costruttore ha tanti tocchi e servizi extra. A 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, e facile passeggiata per Avila Beach Golf Course e Bob Jones in bicicletta e percorso a piedi.

Everything was excellent. The location is perfect and we could not have asked for a better place to stay in beautiful Avila Beach. The host was quick to respond when we reached out and all of the amenities were in great shape. We were so thankful for the extra beach chairs, frisbees, etc. as well. A perfect stay.

This was our second time staying in Ocean 17. We love the condo and rooftop deck, all balconies, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, thoughtfully appointed. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday this weekend and had everything we need for a birthday dinner. There was a power outage on Sunday, so we were not able to turn on the dishwasher upon check-out. There was 1 broken beach chair out of the 5 (we had brought a few of our own so we were OK), and we accidentally took the frisbee with us but returned it the same day and left it hidden behind a bush by the front door. Thanks, and would love to stay again!

The location of the house is excellent and the views from the top floor are amazing. House was well-stocked for all our needs. But, we found that the control of the lights was not simple. One of the downstairs lights could only be turned off from upstairs. It is a very sophisticated lighting system. It took six days for the lighting issues to be repaired. The owner was involved with this problem, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, a couple of plumbing issues with the downstairs bathroom never got repaired. The sink drain was very slow, and the tub/shower lever that controls the water temperature of the shower fell off, and the water temperature was very difficult to regulate. The drain stopper in the upstairs bath hand sink did not work and was not repaired. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bath did not work and it also was never repaired. The vanity lights didn't work upon arrival, however, the owner herself replaced the light bulbs at the end of the first week. All of these issues were mentioned on the repair document we completed on the first day of our arrival.
