AVILA BREEZE è a due isolati dalla spiaggia (3 minuti a piedi). Questo condominio d'angolo di lusso ha 2 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, aria condizionata, elettrodomestici di livello europeo, controsoffitti in pietra.
Entrando nel condominio c'è una camera da letto en-suite. Su una rampa di scale per aprire lo spazio vivente. Il secondo livello è inondato dalla luce naturale del giorno. Il master en-suite si trova appena fuori dal soggiorno. Pranzo per sei ospiti e una cucina da chef gourmet. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto a una piazza e mezza. C'è un mezzo bagno appena fuori dal soggiorno.
Su per la scala a chiocciola fino a un ponte divertente sul tetto. La terrazza sul tetto ha un barbecue elettrico e una zona salotto informale per godere della vista sulla spiaggia di Avila.
La seconda camera da letto situata al piano terra ha anche un letto matrimoniale. Il secondo bagno completo è vicino alla camera da letto due.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Love the airy atmosphere with plenty big windows. Third half bathroom is a win. Rooftop seating area is big plus! Wish it would have a better grill. However it feels like it’s missing main bedroom, two bedrooms set up exactly the same with low queen beds, more like for teenagers not couples.

Overall, the condo is nice. It is 2 blocks from the beach. Has great views from the roof terrace. We did have some problems with the condo. The downstairs bed spread had a red stain on it. The ice maker did not work and management could not fix it. We could not use the BBQ because there was no power to the deck and could not find the circuit breaker. The management did come over later and we found the circuit breaker.
