The property was exactly as depicted. It was clean, organized, and beds were comfy. It is walking distance to anywhere in Avila, and garage parking was nice to have. All living space is upstairs, so make sure all in your party are ready for them.

The rental was furnished exactly to my taste. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Try he one annoying thing was that delivery trucks park right outside the unit and don’t turn their engines off so it’s very loud when they deliver every morning.

This property was just wonderful! It was fully stocked. Hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, many pots and pans. Comfortable beds, lovely decor, just a block to the quaint shops and restaurants and peaceful Avila beach. Book and enjoy!

It's super clean and so charming. Walking distance to the beach and the cute shops and restaurants in Avila. We stayed for 5 days and didn't have to drive our car one time! Craftsmanship is amazing and has everything you need, really well appointed! Seven Sisters was on top of everything all the way and made my planning and follow up as easy as it gets! We found a gem steps away from the beach, doesn't get better than this! THANK YOU!

There were some minor issues with bathroom brackets that were not able to hold even a light bathroom. The major issue were the wall AC Units. One of the bedroom units leaked water all night and even if was turned off, the unit made loud noises and would drop water, keeping occupants awake. Repair people came in 4 days later (only one day before we left and were unable to fix the problem until we vacated. They also indicated that units had been improperly installed. These are the type of problems most people want to avoid when on vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely above the street 2bd 2ba condo with Cape Cod-style shutters on windows and doors, with wood floors throughout. Kitchen was just the right size with a nook area with table, plus counter seating as well. Furniture was high-end and comfy. Electronics worked well. Bedrooms were a good size with nice sized closets. Ck in and Ck out was easy. Garage would have easily fit 2 vehicles. 2 decks, one looking toward the street & beach; the other off the Master bedroom over the lovely corridor where you could stroll through numerous shops,etc. Would definitely stay here again. P.S. No real grocery store in Avila Beach. So, stock up in San Luis Obispo nearby. You will find an abundance of spices in the cupboards.
