Condo for Rent, View the broad panorama of Avila Beach, the Avila Pier, Port San Luis, foothills and the horizon from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Private deck with views of Avila Beach and San Luis Bay. King bed in the primary bedroom, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Living Room is equipped with TV, wireless internet, Queen sofa sleeper or air-bed, whichever you prefer, for additional sleeping in the living room. Washer and dryer on-site. Dining Room has circular dining table for 6 plus 2 bar stools. No BBQ.
Off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to:
1.) Bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture

The property is in a great location to Avila Beach. You can always hear the waves, which makes it extremely peaceful to sleep. Because of the location it does get noisy during the day with beach goers. Overall it is a great place to stay.

The stay was beautiful and we loved everything else about the place except the following concerns:The shelves in the kitchen closet were very heavy and the shelf holders were weak and plastic. My friend (who has a broken toe) was getting something from one of the shelves and all the shelves crashed to the floor. Fortunately, she was not hurtAlso the threshold out of the front door is lifting up and we had to be careful not to trip.Lastly, the front door lock was extremely tricky and we never mastered it.

We loved our stay, the place was beautiful. We did however come home with bed bugs. The beds should be replaced and bedding thrown away.
