Tre ventilatori a soffitto si muovono l'aria a bassa voce in tutte le camere. Posti letto per 7 con un letto aggiuntivo giorno in camera da letto adatto per un bambino o l'adolescente. Cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ripiani in granito. Assicuratevi di portare le cialde da utilizzare in macchina per il caff����� Keurig. Soggiorno ha incredibili soffitti a volta, TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD, cavo espanso e DVR, camino a gas, e un nuovo marchio in pelle americano regina divano letto. C'�� anche un ulteriore nuovo brand doppia pelle americano divano letto nel soggiorno. Pelle americano divani letto sono conosciuti come 'i mondi più comodo divano letto ". tavolo da pranzo 6 con due posti supplementari al bar. Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e divano letto (grande per un bambino per dormire). Inoltre è dotato di TV a schermo piatto e di nuova installazione sfumature oscuramento. Seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Camere da letto dispongono di lenzuola di fascia alta, i cuscini e cuscini insieme a cinque copripiumini bianchi stelle e Shams. Troverete anche gli asciugamani di lusso e una vasca idromassaggio in bellissimi bagni. Arte aggiunge in tutto per il vostro divertimento vacanza. Il condominio è dotato di un essiccatore di lavaggio, di vuoto, e ventole aggiuntive. C'è un bellissimo ponte fuori del soggiorno con una nuova griglia di Weber. Abbiamo anche un garage privato fornito di sedie a sdraio, giocattoli sabbia e un pacchetto e giocare. Ci sforziamo di rendere il nostro condominio la più bella, più problemi e forse miglior valore in Avila.

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. Our only two issues were some ants in the downstairs/main bathroom, as well as that shower head having several holes blocked due to calcification/rust. The garage had several beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys.

We enjoyed the property very much due to its location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, carpets had some stains and walls had chipped paint spots due to wear. Floors in living room had extensive scratches and marks. The condo needs to be inspected as some of the windows in the top floor, kitchen/living room area, are broken and due not open. We could not keep this area cool, as the room faces south & west exposure. Otherwise, the place has all the amenities that are needed to enjoy the stay.

The unit looked as pictured on VRBO. Lots of space for our family of four. It would easily and comfortably accommodate 2 more people. The location is great. I did not find it to be too busy or noisy at all. Very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.

The property is located in a nice location for beach and restaurant access. Window blinds were not in working condition and the bathroom toilet had a small leak. The dryer was inoperable and thus, laundry was not an option. Property management was nice and brought additional towels. Carpets and couch/pull-out upholstery could use a deep clean. Other than that, I would recommend this property. The location can't be beat!

Both door locks need at least some graphite to loosen them up. Three of the ones in the main bedroom have broken off. We had to prop them in the open slots and use towels to help keep the outside lights out so we could sleep. And yet, it was tucked under the table with no indication that it was unsafe to use. It almost collapsed when I sat on it. We put a note on it and set it aside.4. Although this property is in need of repairs and a deep cleaning, it does have the potential to be a great rental. It is showing wear and tear from careless users: the vertical blinds have broken, torn or missing slats and are barely operable, the shower needs new caulking and tile grout cleaning, one (only used one bed) of the beds needs to be replaced, the dining table needs the screws to be tightened up (shifts side to side), the tvs need to have universal remotes, some pans and dishes were dirty when we arrived, blow dryer is old and ineffective, none of the door stops had rubber ends on them and all the doors have holes in them from them, door knob to garage needs attention, the bamboo floors are heavily scratched, although a broom was available, a dust pan would have been nice!

1) Area was quiet.
2) the WiFi was strong and consistent across the property.
3) Water pressure in the showers was strong, including the hot water.
4) Beds were comfortable.
5) HVAC worked properly.
6) kitchen was stocked, and knives were sharp.
7) every sink, lock, faucet and toilet were in working order.
8) bathrooms were stocked.
9) it was clean.
I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Loved the close proximity to Avila beach and restaurants. It was very convenient to stay, play at the beach.
Check-in/out process was very easy to follow and did not have any difficulties!

Not enough space for how bad this was!
This property needs so much help that I couldn’t leave my entire review here. The property manager shows little to no care for the property. There were other guests in this complex that had the same problems we had in our unit. No AC because it’s a beach town. That’s fine, but the windows have to work! Half of the windows did not open because they were in such bad condition. The box/standing fans were totally covered in filth! And we had to use them because it was so hot. The blinds were broken and didn’t keep light out or provide privacy when we were changing. The bed room door wouldn’t stay closed. The glass dining room table was not put together well and wobbled when you used it. The door knob for the garage door just spins in your hand. The front door doesn’t lock properly. The bushes on the patio are over grown. When we reached out to the property manager, they didn’t give us the time of day. I do not advise staying here!

We rented this property for five nights and had a great time. Nice place, two block walk to Front and the beach. Made us minimize our beach gear. We enjoyed our stay.A couple notes:The entire complex could use a shared outdoor shower or access to a garden hose to clean off the sand from the beach. The only issue we had in the unit itself was the dishwasher - it was dirty when we arrived. Issue was resolved easily (thank you). Of the major appliances in the unit, the dishwasher is showing its age and abuse the most. Also, the shower in the master is still as other reviews note, backward. Cold is hot, hot is cold. And FYI there's no hooks or even a soap dish in that shower stall, so there's nowhere but the floor to put razors and things. And speaking of sharp things low, the kitchen knives are stored in a drawer, in case anyone has young kids. All that stuff didn't affect our stay really - those are just the idiosyncrasies of this unit that I think others would find helpful to know.

Aside from the carpeting the condo was very clean. It was well stocked with just about everything we needed. We bought measuring spoons and a garlic press which we left there for future guests. The fireplace never worked even after a repairman spent several hours working on it. Many of the window coverings were in disrepair and didn't operate properly.

Overall excellent! Nice place and location. Pretty clean, when we checked in we noticed the floors were a little sticky in the kitchen, the bottom oven drawer was a little dirty, and the top floor bathroom was very slow to drain. All things the cleaning/maintenance crew can put more attention to.

The condo was very clean and had all the amenities as described. It's a 6 minute walk to the beach with a toddler so very, very close. The only drawback is that you have to pick up and return your keys in Pismo Beach which is a HUGE pain; yes, I know it's not that far away, but it's definitely out of the way. If there is a comparable unit to rent where I didn't have to pick up keys in a different town, I would probably do the more convenient thing. Other than that, it was a terrific experience with great service from the staff at Coastal Vacation Rentals.

We stayed at 215 San Miguel. Beautiful property and a large, very clean unit. My family and I attended at wedding in Avila Beach and needed a place that would sleep 5 comfortably. I was impressed! Close to the beach, just a block away. You do need to drive to Pismo Beach to pick up and drop off tbe keys. Not too much of an inconvenience, there is a wonderful grocery store to stock up on your food and incidentals. Coastal Vacation Rental was very pleasant to work with and I would definitely stay again!
