Were at the property to Thursday to Sunday for a wedding and the property was great. Lloyd was a huge help with restaurants and things to see and the place was perfect.

Loyd was a gracious host for this ground floor self contained room with more snacks than you can shake a stick at…! Had all that we needed for our short stay and convenient for exploring the Cape by car. Went with Loyd’s recommendations for local restaurants and enjoyed each one. After a long day out we would lounge looking into quiet nature quite peacefully (with a chilled white wine, of course…)

Loved it.Lloyd was beyond helpful and the studio was so well appointed We really enjoyed our stay and Lloyd was spot on with his reccomendations of restuarants etc.We even had fresh flower bouquets in the apt. from his garden when we arrived.The decor was beautiful.My favorite thing was sitting on the patio with morning cofee or evening cocktail.I really hope we can go back sometime

Our weekend at Lloyd and Jerry’s retreat was one of the most welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable lodging experiences we’ve had in many years of travel. It’s a gentle, gracious, peaceful spot beautifully appointed with every convenience. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity to visit the Cape.

The boyfriend from Brooklyn and I enjoyed the property which backs up to an estuary with beautiful views and the sounds of moving water. We enjoyed coffee on the patio with the birds and bunnies. Lloyd, our host, had filled the room with a variety snacks and breakfast items. We have been staying in Chatham for many years at B&B inns which have now been priced out of our budget. Thank you for a wonderful stay and warm welcome! Hope to see you again next year.

There is no other way to describe the setting - a pretty studio on the banks of an estuary, filled inside with interesting artwork (and snacks!), with two sets of glass French doors opening out onto a patio enveloped in hydrangeas and birds. Lloyd is one of the most gracious hosts we have met - the icing on the cake! Wonderful week - thank you Lloyd!

I had a lovely time at this studio in Chatham. It was comfortable and close to everything, and was a welcome retreat from a busy wedding weekend. And it is a powerful prayer spot! I lost my wallet on Friday night and after much praying on my part and the owner Lloyd too, it appeared hanging on his front door as I was departing!! Lloyd is a wonderful man and a great host.

We stayed at this property to escape the chaos in our Cape house which was full of kids and grandkids for the week. It was a wonderful experience. Lloyd was the perfect host - always concerned about our comfort. We recommend this property for the perfect getaway.

Just spent 3 nights at Lloyd's Chatham bungalow and it did not disappoint! It was clean, tranquil, private and with an abundance of charm. Lloyd was the perfect host and had great suggestions and books handy of things to do in the Cape. He graciously also had a few snacks that made the stay feel like being in someone's home. Beautiful place, lovely area and perfect host - not much more you can ask for! I definitely plan to be back.

Lloyd has thought of everything, wonderful snack selection, comfortable seating in and outside, nice and clean everywhere/everything, and in a gorgeous location with no bugs to keep you off of the beautiful patio! He even had beach towels and beach chairs to use! We loved staying at this gorgeous place and would stay again in the future! He had everything we needed and more. We love everything about this studio! This was our 4th stay and we’ll be going back! Lloyd, the owner, lives upstairs. He is kind and generous and there when you have questions, but never intrusive. There are always many yummy goodies on hand  Location is lovely and quiet and overlooks an estuary. We especially enjoy sitting on the patio at dusk and having a glass of wine and listening to the birds. Studio is clean, cozy and has absolutely everything one could need. And we love the proximity to downtown Chatham, beaches etc. Highly recommend this lovely vrbo! We look forward to our next visit!

This is our 3rd stay at this lovely Studio, and we just can't say enough good things about it. As so many have said before, Lloyd (owner) is just the nicest person and an incredibly gracious host (without being intrusive!). There are all sorts of goodies when we arrive and the studio is cozy (with gas fireplace for nippy nights) and in a lovely location at the end of a street and on an estuary. I've actually seen herons flying up and down the estuary through the window while lying in bed! Studio is close to everything- Chatham center, Rt 6 if you're heading to Orleans or up toward Wellfleet. Gerald, who handles the bookings is also awesome- always prompt to respond and friendly! We will return for a 4th visit and we highly recommend this spot! Have a great winter Lloyd!
